I am not afraid to admit I am scared of the dentist but they made me feel at ease they where so sweet and nice. The scheduling lady Mrs. Holly was really sweet and helped me with payment plans and the Dr. Came in she was amazing I can't remember her name. The lady who did my X-rays amazing as well talked with me through it. Amazing place and staff 10 10 recommend them

Hate the dentist. Never liked it. From reception desk to seeing the coordinator at the end, all staff was pleasant and happy. Never been treated so nice at a dentist! Well done. Emergency Appointment at 3:45 showed up at 3 in at 3:30. Impressive

I have been dreading the Dentist Office for over 5 years. Moved to Greenville a year ago and now finally decided I couldn't put it off any longer. Walked into Aspen Dental and all my fears melted away..From the receptionist to the technicians, and Dr. Everyone was so attentive and focused on my needs. I left my first appointment in amazement. My second appointment, I received a partial denture, complete and ready to wear, no adjustments needed, never in 40 years has that ever happened.

I was completely satisfied with the service that I received at this facility the office staff was very polite and friendly my wait time was precise and punctual and they provide professional and quality care I would recommend this Aspen Dental facility to my family and friends who are in need of dental care im greatly appreciative for the service they provided to me

Everyone at the Woodruff Rd location in Greenville SC was very pleasant, professional and easy to talk with.They all seemed to care about the patients from the first greeting by the Receptionist and everyone else from x-ray , dental hygienist, doctor, and the person who is checking out And scheduling your next appointment. The dentist is my least favorite place to go. I definitely recommend AspineDental

I just came to Aspen two weeks ago and they told me then that I needed a root canal. Well, I scheduled it for later this month. They Tell me to Let them know if it's starting to bother me that they would give me antibiotics or move my appointment sooner. I called and they said they had to see me in order to call me and antibiotics which was very strange. I drive to the office nauseous and my mouth hurting so bad and I sat in the chair chair after speaking to the receptionist and she said she would go check with the doctor if they could call and some prescription for me. Even though she told me I had to pay $192 to get another x-ray and to let them look at my mouth. SHE never came back to tell me or knowledge me and another person side of the desk and didn't even know I was out in the Waiting room. Even though I was sitting right in front of the desk. She was taking appointments with other people on the phone and no one came back to me in 20 minutes. I'm sitting there in the office with my head leaned over a chair and crying because it's hurting so bad and I feel so sick. So I get enough strength to ask the lady if she found anything out about the antibiotics. She was Acting like she didn't even know when I was talking about. Then she asked somebody again and they said that I need to get an x-ray. I just came to this Same office two weeks before that and add that visit with scheduling my root canal. They knew that I needed a root canal, Most dentist will call you in a prescription of antibiotics If they know they're going to be doing work on your mouth because they don't want to hurt. I am not gonna pay $192 for you to look at my mouth. Sorry... So I go to Urgent Care on Woodruff rd, and I get seen within 10 minutes. The doctor even talk to me on the way there and was asking about my mouth. I will be changing my dentist very soon. Urgent care on Woodruff Road prescribed me some antibiotics And awesome some mouthwash to help with my pain. Aspen dental-No wonder you guys have had lawsuits against you for charging people so much. I was literally crying in your office leaning over a chair and begging for you to give me some anabiotic's because my mouth hurts so bad. I said to you that you don't care about people and you said yes we do and I said no you don't. That is not how you treat people.

Friendly staff and the dentist is amazing! Pain free experience with both tooth extraction and bone spur removal. Will definitely return for the rest of the work needed on my teeth!

Edited: My dentures not even 2 months later fit HORRIBLY! Theres no way to keep them in, not even with the tons of glues at the store. My mouth (gums) stays cut up or blistered up. The glue is filled with chemicals so who really wants to use that?! I cannot eat anything so there's no enjoying a meal, let alone being out with family or friends for a bite to eat. They wobble back and forth in my mouth so it makes for constant jaw aches and headaches. The financial offices are a joke. I was set up with a payment plan through a company after my visit but that was never even acknowledged. I recieved a bill for a huge amount (couldve been worse though) and now thats got to be paid. This is a rather long review but bottom line: the office staff is kind but their services are NOT worth it. $500 to "fix" these dentures and still cannot eat or even have a straight smile. On a happier note, this office did go back and forth during my visit attempting to fix what another office messed up but still, they couldn't. The price was ridiculous to do what little they did in my opinion. Dalton is the sweetest person in the universe and he's the only reason for the two stars. The young lady who I spoke with when I first called was amazing and caring as well. She is the reason for the other star.
