Highly recommend Aspen Dental in Greenville. Have been several times now and it's all about you. They are so kind and caring! I've seen 3 doctors and they are all extremely awesome. Their ENTIRE staff is second to none . I don't intend to ever look elsewhere. Dr Rita & Armani - you are the best of the best as well as each and every one of you, but I don't remember all the names. This review is from my husband David Harrell

My hygienist is awesome Chelsea all the way , and my gentle dentist dr Okolo you rock , a lot of patience and understanding. Front desk greeting could be a bit more inviting though

The hygienists are so sweet. I went in for a filling, thinking it would be all good. They used the topical numbing cream in my cheek where the first shot would go but not the roof of my mouth where the next two shots would go. I've been to several dentists for cleanings/other fillings and I have never experienced the pain of that needle until today. 2 1/2 hours to fill one tooth, had to restart when the first filling didnt hold, water was spilling down my back cause of the broken drill that was being used and the numbing agent wore off about 30 minutes before she finished (I was just hoping they would finish soon so it wouldn't be 3 hours waiting on another horrible shot to numb my mouth again). To top it off, I got in my car, started to drive off and realized that my back teeth wouldn't touch. The filling was too thick and i had to turn around and go back in for them to file it down, i felt every bit of that because the numbing agent was non existent at that point. The more I think about it the more I get upset over it.

This place is horrible. For my first appointment they called me repeatedly while I was at work and tried to cancel my appointment because I didn't confirm that I was coming over phone. I did confirm through text but they didn't care. They don't do cleanings on the 1st appointment so my 2nd appointment for cleaning was scheduled 3 months later. I called to verify I had an appointment today because I had not received any notifications like the last time. They say it needed to be rescheduled because the hygenist doesn't have time to do it. No one bothered to even notify me my appointment had been canceled and weren't going to. I now have a check up with no cleaning and every other dentist does both things at once so my insurance is not going to cover another check by another dentist for months. Very poor service, they expect you to verify you are coming and they won't even notify you when your appointment is cancelled. I'm done with this place.

My husband is the patient and the experience has been excellent so far!! Their services went downhill by the time he got his dentures we wished we had never seen them! Very inconsistent!

I was surprised how quick I was able to make an appointment and it was a Saturday at 8:15am. I was treated very nice, I was given options on my care that I could afford and a opportunity to finance my care due to my long term needs. Everyone I dealt with I felt they all shared personal stories with me during my conversations with each. The Dr was very informative and knowledgeable . I did have to ask for my option with him to get what I was looking as he already had a cheaper option in his mind.( well at least he was thinking about trying to save me money). But was friendly and jumped right into what I could expect and what he had to do to do implants. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Greenville NC. Now after a year later I do not feel the same as far as their hygienist goes. I have been trying to get in for over a year and every time it gets rescheduled so now my care I was promised is not what I am getting, it keeps getting further and further between appointments that I don't even know if I can even get my snap one. I had a bone graft but appointments keep getting put off. Beware of their short schedule available for cleanings. But Staff still hasn't treated me out of the way. I just feel the care I was told is being held up.

We chose Aspen to allow for our daughter to have a dentist close to college. Completed all paperwork, etc online as they request. Looked at the portal the morning before the appt. to find the time changed by an hour and half. Called to inform we were driving from over an hour away but had to leave a message which stated we would get a call back shortly. Arrived for the appointment, waited 15 minutes to be greeted. Finally, was told that the appt. was cancelled. Stated they called several times yesterday to speak with us but only had one missed call and no voicemail. Take note you HAVE to speak with them in order for the appt to happen. NOTHING says this and one missed call the day prior was due to being short staffed. I heard this excuse several times. The office was DIRTY. Clearly had not been cleaned in several days. The only thing they could do is reschedule. Mind you I drove an hour and half to get there on the newly scheduled appt time. I asked why (if the appt) was cancelled did it still show in the portal? They could not cancel an appt and I did confirm the appt via email. They HAVE TO SPEAK with you prior to appt. but due to short staffing can only call ONE time. TERRIBLY RUN!

Until today, my experience has been horrible. No communication, promises not kept, appointments canceled. Very frustrating. I spoke with management and they are trying to improve. I understand customer service is hard these days with lack of staff, but I shouldn't have to suffer.

Had a appointment. Now I gotta reschedule. Probably be next month. Don't have appointments. If nobody gets seen at them!!!!

This place is horrible Dr Mise is a liar they will try there best to get more money out of you or your insurance. The office Manager India was very nasty with me even called me back just to hang up on me. I would not and will not recommend this place to anyone. They need to be shut down.

When you go into the dental office you really can't tell what the back is doing and whether the problem is the back of the front but I had poor service all three times sit and wait no one says anything or they cancel your appointment and never bothered to call you they charge you for treatment that you never had one tells you or we took care of it go back 6 weeks later and they put the charge back on your account that tells me that management is not doing very well I can't get to the clinical part so I don't know

It's been a while since I've been to the dentist but they made it an easy and smooth transition and they explained everything very well from what was wrong to financial payments and it seems everyone I dealt with loved their job which made me just a little more comfortable
