I had never been to Aspen Dental. After being misdiagnosed by a previous dentist I developed an abscess. I spent my morning calling over 20 dentists. Finally I called Aspen Dental and they were able to get me that same day and were so caring and took the time to listen to everything I said. I had to bring my 2 year old with me and the staff helped entertain her. I would 100% recommended Aspen Dental in Greensburg. I finally felt I got answers and we made a treatment plan that I was comfortable with.

I found my experience as a whole to be very confusing. I booked an appointment for a broken tooth/filling that fell out in my front tooth. It was never clarified that I would need to get X-rays & an exam done and THEN come back for the filling. The hygienist did an exam on me and the said she'd walk to me to the front. As she's walking, I asked "When are we doing the filling?" She said, "We have to do this first." And motioned me to the front. I still had no idea what was going on. Am I paying? Am I scheduling an appointment? Am I going back to get it done after all this? They want me to get a root canal done on a completely different tooth, a cleaning, and THEN I can get the filling. Meaning it won't be done for MONTHS. Honestly, if I would've known all of this I would've went elsewhere. The staff as a whole was very nice, but the whole process is confusing and not properly explained.

I had an amazing experience this morning with a walk in emergency. I snapped my front tooth crown off last night and am leaving for the tropics tomorrow. The dental assistant, Alisa was absolutely wonderful. The dentist saved my vacation and gave me a temp tooth until my new cap comes in!!

Your Greensburg Office is amazing from the time you walk in the door to departure. Sadly this was my last visit because your company doesn't take Medicare or their supplement Insurance. Terrible simple terrible your company doesn't care about seniors.

I had a great experience with them. Showed up half hour early not expecting to be seen. They took me early and said that was OK. They explained everything to me and made future appointments in a speedy timeframe.

I had the worst toothache and walked in without appt at opening. They took me quickly, diagnosed problem and got treatment same day. I am so appreciative. feeling better already thank you!

I would give less if possible. The girls at reception were rude. My husband was to have 5 teeth pulled in one sitting. They told him they would give him novocain and he would be done in 30-45 mins. It took 2 hrs! He said he was in pain when he left. He told the Dr he was starting to feel pain and the Dr said, "ok" and started pulling faster and harder. That night, my husband said he felt like someone punched him in the face. He took the pain med for a day, but it didnt touch the pain. He did the tylenol and asprin regimen and it took the edge off. By monday night, he couldnt keep his eyes open because of the pain. I called Aspen and explained everything. They called back and told him to continue doing what he is doing. The Dr looked at his x-rays and there is no dry sockets. How can they see dry sockets on an x-ray they took BEFORE extractions!? Luckily, his dentist got him in, and lo and behold, 2 DRY SOCKETS! Aspen is a JOKE. It is a dental superstore. They dont care about their patients. It's about how many people the can get in and out of the doors. WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND!

I needed to get my partial plate repaired so I went to Aspen Dental, they were very professional, knowledgeable, sympathetic and kind. The whole team seemed to take great pride in their individual jobs. I am one of those people who don't like going to the dentist, but my experience at Aspen Dental was a pleasurable one.

Everyone were great !! You have a well run office. And the reason I gave you four stars and not five it was the price lol it was a little pricey for someone who doesn't have insurance :(. Other than that. Courtesy, kindness and help was provided. Ty :)

Aspen dental is great. The office staff is friendly and thorough. The dentists are very good and detailed. They go over the work you need on your teeth and also very calming. My experience with Aspen Dental has been wonderful and I would recommend them to my friends and family

Dr. Nick was great and the hygienists were good. But overall the experience was more like buying a car than Healthcare. And if there is a problem with your procedure they can be difficult to deal with. Really wouldn't recommend them to friends or family.

Aspen dental has always been very good to me.The staff is wonderful and very helpful. THEY EXPLAINED ALL THE PROCEDURES AND GAVE ALTERNATIVES TO THE PROBLEMS. I would recommend them!

The actual work they did in the past was fine but I made an appointment over 3 months ago and they cancelled on me the day of. I was trying to avoid taking off work when I made that appointment so it was very hard to get one that worked with my schedule. They did not seem to care about that and they were trying to make me wait until October to get another appointment that I could make after 5pm. I get that things happen but I cannot believe they would make me wait another 3 months after something they messed up. Definitely not going back to them after that.
