Changing dentist in the middle of treatment does not work for me. Without warning sent my anxiety levels and blood pressure sky high. I don't know if I will be returning. Then being told of other treatments that were left in notes from previous visits is not what needs to be done. I stay on top of my health and do not like surprises. Yeah... gonna have to think about returning.

I met Dr. Kahn and he treated me with the utmost respect. He was extremely helpful in telling me what was going on with my situation and eager to get started. I got the best assistance from a receptionist named Shay. She was extremely helpful with assisting me with all of the financial issues. She also explained all of the choices I had. She explained them thoroughly with patience.

This place is like going to a used car lot. Try to add on sale. $2700 for a deep cleaning. Cost me $350 in Arkansas at an Aspen there. I walked out.

This is how Aspen Dental treats you when you complain about their services and products. They did refund money for permanent dentures. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING ANY ASPEN DENTAL.

I had an upper denture made and the temporary didn't fit well so figured permanent one would. It doesn't fit either. I gave them a photo of my crowns that were removed and want them the same size. They are not and although they have a money back guaranty, it has to be 90 days . I was not aware of that so will have to pay $1700.00+ to get them remade. I don't want to waste more money so I've lost a lot of money and will go elsewhere to correct this. I called the number they requested for me to discuss how to solve my . issue, but they would not change the charges to remake or hard wire I doubt they are aware or care, but dentures that don't fit can be harmful to your health. One person asked why I was just now complaining but I complained about my issues to everyone who worked on me. I even told some that I was sorry I did this. I think this needs to be filed with NC Dental Association.

Rude employees and they rush you and tbey over price you so they can stay in their luxurious condos and beach trips...IF YOUE POOR, DO NOT COME HERE!

Great place to have your teeth done here! My dental hygienist, Jennifer Simpson, is AWESOME! She always remembers my name and our fun conversations well each time. She makes you feel at ease, has a good vibe and gives me good info/advice for my oral health. It gives you that friendly independent dental practice feel, and not that an out-of-touch cooperate experience. Always look forward to my next appointment!

My son was in need of dentures. I did research for him and advised Aspen seemed to be a good option, So he went in and got everything, he thought, set up. When they asked about sedation he said sure he thought since all of his teeth were being pulled that would be the standard, he was then advised it would cost $6,000. more. He had this done 8/30/22. severe pain and he is very unhappy. We will review again after they have fitted him with permanent dentures. Please be sure to ask every little thing because they don't offer any info and the office person he dealt with, well let's just say he didn't know what he was doing and my son said he didn't know what he was doing there. WE WILL SEE...

Let me start by saying Dr. Katie is the most amazing dentist this earth has ever been blessed with!! The service she provides is like no other. She is the most caring, compassionate dentist I have ever met. To say she truly goes above and beyond for her patients is an understatement. Thank you Dr. Katie for exceptional care you have provided for my daughter. You're the BEST!!

They were very good untill my lower broke made new one in a day but to loose cant eat cant get appointment for 3 weeks spent 12000 dollars

The staff was wonderful. I love the fact that they do not overbook. I was in the back within ten minutes of my arrival. The dentist explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The hygienist Jennifer did not have a heavy hand and constantly checked on me to make sure I was okay. And she worked quickly.
