First two visits were great. However, on the third visit I had to prepay, which was fine, But I was charged for services I did no receive including a $125 toothbrush that I did not purchase. It took over a month to get a refund. They would not clean my teeth because I would not agree to the fluoride varnish. Even after all of that, I went back for a filling we had already discussed and they tried to make me go through another treatment plan visit. Sorry but I do not recommend

Beware of this location...they will force products (expensive tooth brush) and not offer all dental procedures...only the ones that cost the most like root canal and crowns...tried to get options of procedures in writing and was refused by business manager. This location is out to bill your insurance and force you in debt. Look around and be sure to know ALL of your options!

The professionals at Aspen are kind and courteous and treat patients with respect I highly recommend them to anyone particularly older people who would appreciate the level of care provided in the Greeneville office Thank you very much

I had never been to Aspen Dental until today. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I was greeted with friendly and helpful people as soon as I stepped through the door. I am about to have some extensive dental work performed and everything was explained to me in terms I understood. They accepted my insurance and when I left I knew exactly what the cost would be. Great experience so far.

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. The staff was great and even though I need some extensive dental work, there was no judgement. The dental hygienist was very informative and Dr. Vie was great.

They make you get unnecessary procedures which cost over $1000! Would not do the dental work that I came in for unless I agreed to their cleaning regimen. They have a quota that they have to get. Do not recommend!

DO NOT go to Aspen dental for dentures...PLEASE!!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE ONE IN GREENEVILLE TN for over a year now...still have the same temporary set...WORST PLACE EVER... I can't believe I have had four sets and none of them fit...not to mention I looked like Mr Ed...the horse...when they put them in...I spent 8,000 Dollars to get my teeth pulled...because that is the only thing they have done right!!! Tell all your friends don't go!!!

Love the experience! The only Dentist I would recommend. Just over all great friendly informative environment! Found out a lot of useful information in just one visit. Even got me setup for future appointments an dental plans!

The staff is very nice and helpful, but my problem is both sets of dentures, is way to big to the point I can't even wear them.They have worked on them but still not right.

I had 14 teeth pulled and dentures put in today. The dentist and the assistant was awesome. they both were professional. I was hating to go to Aspen Dental because of a bad experience in the Kingsport Tennessee Office. But this dentist and her her assistant done an outstanding job. From beginning to end. I would very much recommend this staff and definitely this Dentist and The Greeneville Tennessee Office. You have a patient for life. Please hire a Dentist like this in the Kingsport Tennessee Office. Those paying customers deserve Special Care also

They were quite busy during my visit, but my treatment was thorough. The staff also worked out a treatment and finance plan for dentures despite my insurance not providing much coverage.

I just completed having a couple of fillings, a replacement crown and a bridge. Dr. Vie is awesome! And the office staff and dental assistants are so friendly! The dental assistants are so competent. I have had several visits and been impressed with each one of them! And I enjoy the entertainment they provide listening to Dr. Vie and whichever assistant at the time have their friendly banter as I sit in the chair with my mouth wide open. It's obvious how well they work together, respect each other and have fun working together. They are having fun while putting me at ease.
