Outstanding oral surgeon. Not sure why there is not a dentist on site. Pleasantly surprised with service and painless dentistry.

Went to get a check up and they told me i needed all of this work done. Went into the finance office afterwards to set up a payment plan because insurance wouldn't cover everything. A few days later, I went to a family dentistry to get a second opinion. They told me in fact I did not need all of this work done.

This dentist office was amazing! I went in with a broken tooth and no dental insurance. I wasn't able to finance either due to my terrible credit. But out of the goodness of their hearts they pulled my tooth anyhow and free of charge at that! I'm sure that doesn't happen every day! They also did an amazing job and it was relatively pain free! Compassionate, educational, and I will be returning. Thanks Aspen dental!!

HORRIBLE crown experience. I had a crown put on by Dr. Nicole Totten and experienced significant pain after. I went in for the pain and nothing was done. 1 week later two foreign bodies came out of my gum where the new crown was, the severe pain subsided. After weeks of working to get my medical records from Aspen, the X-rays show the crown was not put on correctly (confirmed by another dentist) and it shows the cement piece stuck in my gums. I've reached out to the regional manager (Kiefer Dugenske) twice with no response in two weeks. I'm looking into legal action. Please go to a smaller owned dentist who cares for their patients.

First off, I'd like to say that the people who work there are very kind for the most part but that does not excuse swindling people. When I called to make the appointment, the first thing I did was make sure my insurance was accepted as I did not have insurance when I went the year before. They assured me I was covered and I asked to schedule a gum cleaning to treat the gingivitis they found last time which was apparently not covered but they didn't tell me that because they assumed I was told a year ago when I didn't even have insurance. Also, during the appointment, they put a fluoride coating on my teeth, which I did not schedule, and charged me $60 for. So I was under the impression I was going to be paying $0 but was charged $127 just for the work done that they assured me was covered and some done without my informed consent. I get that that amount of money is probably nothing to them but coming from an extremely low income household, unexpected charges like that are devastating. I can't believe what they've done and it's disgusting to rob people like that.

They got me in quick and they were friendly but that was probably the only good thing

I'm terrified of dentist and the doctor I seen today for fillings made me laugh the whole time. Going back for some more work with them soon! The wait was a bit longer than I thought it would be but with one doctor to the 3-4 people that were in I was in and out in a hour. So not bad for a dental visit.

The staff at Aspen dental is friendly and funny and ready to ensure you are getting the best care for your teeth, gums, and mouth. They answer your questions, sometimes even before you ask them. The crew keeps you informed as to why they are doing something and what it means for you and your health. I would highly recommend people consider making this their dental home.

I made an emergency appointment because of a painful broken tooth and they got me in the next day. The ladies at the front desk were SO nice, answered all of my questions (there were many) and kept me laughing when I'm usually very anxious whenever I go to a dentist office. The dentist herself was very kind, attentive, and let me know exactly what was going on. Altogether I was very happy with my visit!

I have concerns over the financial practices. Despite my excellent insurance benefits, I was told that when they called my insurance they would not cover a deep gum cleaning. I was then immediately led into a financial office to sign up for a line of credit for the $750 gum cleaning, plus interest. It all felt rushed and high pressure; the only reason I left without this new debt is that I was denied on the credit check. Working in insurance myself, I thought that something wasn't adding up. I called my insurance, who has a record of all calls and inquiries. They never had called my insurance or asked in any way about coverage. I'm sure that to some extent these are standard practices for a chain of dental offices, but I would make sure not to sign up for a line of credit without consulting your insurance first. As for the staff and the medical services, I only have compliments to give. There was no doubt that my medical care was in good hands, judging by first impressions.
