I originally gave a bad review so it's only fair now to revisit that. I got snap in dentures and it has been a long journey and there were some problems but now that they have them adjusted to me and I am getting used to them I love them. Had sweet corn on the cob the other day. Haven't been able to do that for years. Way to go Aspen

I don't have dental insurance and I cracked my tooth. I decided to go to Aspen Dental because they were less than half the cost of another dentist that I called. I went in yesterday and they did the xrays and consultation. Then I was scheduled for the extraction first thing this morning. Everything went great! Everyone was very friendly and put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Myron Hampton. He welcomed questions, took his time, and explained everything throughout the process. He gets an A+ from me!

I lost a front tooth from my dentures. I called and they got me in for work in 2 days. They told me it would be 2 hour wait for repairs. I told them that I was from out of town and would have to wait there until they were fixed. They pushed me thru and I was out of there in about 1/2 hour. I appreciated that so much!!!!!

I was forgotten about for about 20 minutes in between the dentist and the hygienist coming to see me. I did not actually receive the cleaning that I came in for, and if it was supposed to be done at another time, it was not communicated to me. When the assessment of my mouth health was less than great, I was treated crappier. I was told that they would show/offer me the electric tooth brush and a special toothpaste and they never actually did it. My visit was not great and I felt like I was an inconvenience to some of the people who helped me that day.

The staff is very friendly and understanding of the urgency of the procedure I was in need of having done. They were able to get me in quickly. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly faces and a welcoming hello. The Dentist doing the procedure was very informative and did a great job. They also worked with my insurance which was also a bonus!

Had a awesome visit yesterday. Had to have my dentures adjusted, the doctor did and awesome job. No more discomfort. Highly recommend them.

I took a client in and the she was seen 40 minutes after her appointment, no apologies for the delay, my pet peeve. I had to ask when she would be seen. This is my first experience with this office and i have to say i did not have this problem with the kentwood/28th St location years ago.

I had a great experience with this Aspen Dental on 28th in Grand Rapids,I called them and explained that my denture broke,I brought it in the next day and had it back that same day. Very nice and professional staff

Dr.Myron was absolutely amazing!!!!! I have a lot of trauma from medical procedures and he was completely understanding and compassionate throughout the entire visit. He walked me though every step of the way and calmed me down when I got too anxious to continue. He would talk to distract me from what was happening. If you are scared of the dentist please go to Dr.Myron!!!

Canceled my appointment, which was scheduled 6 months in advance because they don't schedule there hygienists at 8am... They waited until I was at the appointment and waited for 15 minutes. I'd never recommend this place to anyone. This is not the first time they have canceled an appointment due to their inability to schedule staff and coordinate other customers. This has been a problem for the entire 8 years of being a customer.

My visits see like a bill mission in and out as fast as they can get ya. I had a tooth that wouldn't go numb and n it's put of 2 times and referred to a specialist! it was they way they went about it I have a complete baby tooth that is decaying in the front of my lower jaw and they found other little things to first do when the main reason I was in there was to get the baby tooth out ! I get my teeth aren't in the best shape and I know I did ten years incarceration! And couldn't get proper care in there for some damage that was done to my mouth prior to getting incarcerated ! But I got the feeling that aspen thought I didn't care about my teeth and that I was there cause I had to be ! That's completely how it felt like I was just another number ! In this case it was dollars ! I think I spent more time at the payment desk that I did in the chair getting work done ! And everytime I sat in the chair I always heard conversation as to someone waiting that the dentist is almost done that he "the dentist will be done ""quick " I felt so uncomfortable in the chair there ! The organization is poorly organized ! If they wish to treat people like numbers and rush them through then at-least don't say the stuff out loud like people are dumb and can't here conversations around us ! I had a appointment on the third at two o'clock ! And I litterly was scared to go ! Not to mention every time I was in the chair the tools weren't working right that there was always a dull bit ! of hand tools were too slow that the tool was wore out ! I feel that I will let someone else work on my mouth cause going to that place strongly discouraged me from going to see them ! I been to many orison dentist that cared more !! Than what it sounded like at aspen ! It's sad cause I'm just trying to get my smile fixed n instead it turns into a quick few doles a minute !

If you want dental work done with hidden fees this is the place. I was told I paid off my balance, than later on receive a surprise $400 bill. Never has this happened to me before. Definitely not a place to go. Sneaky Dentist.

Coming from out of town as a travel nurse, I thought I'd give a chain a try, maybe use them in other cities. Seemed like it might make my life easier. Sigh... not so. First visit you can't do x-rays and cleaning together, so you have to "establish care." After waiting 45 minutes in the lobby, I let the staff know I had to work that day and needed to get things going. Another 30 minute later, I had just finished with x-rays and dentist exam, but gum measurements not done yet. I had to leave for work, and they tried to tell me I'd have to come back for measurements then make an ADDITIONAL cleaning appointment. 3 visits to get a cleaning? Not in my world. (And they kept saying they needed to see what TYPE of cleaning i would need, so i felt a sales pitch coming....weird for a dentist but a chain, so meh.....) I let them know it was unacceptable to me to come for 3 visits just to get a routine cleaning because THEY ran so late. A supervisor assured me they would get me a cleaning the day I come back for measurements. I made it clear to them I didn't want to come back unless I would get a cleaning THAT visit. They said they would make it work. Well, today was that visit. After 30 minutes in the waiting room, I was taken back for measurements and told things had changed and there wouldn't be time for a cleaning. So I left and took my x-rays with me. Thankfully I went on my day off, though now I've wasted that precious time. Lesson learned. Don't go to Aspen Dental. Just find a local dentist who does the x-rays, exam and cleaning in one visit and doesn't make you sit around because they don't have enough staff. The staff was nice enough, but there were other unhappy patients in the waiting room.....

Horrible Dentures and service. I paid for the top of the line dentures after full extraction. (An extraction that later my physicians said was not truly necessary). The answer for ill fitting dentures that looked like horse teeth was always denture cream. I have not been able to eat with the dentures in the 2 years I've had them and they wouldn't offer any help. When I went back to get them fixed the Dentists and the Office Manager had totally different stories. I was told that I had to have another expensive surgery to get the dentures to fit. Very dishonest organization. After they up sale you they want you out their door. Don't bother offering to have me call your number to "make it right" I did that 3 times already. I have to go elsewhere for either a new full set of dentures or implants. Buyer Beware for Dentures. I cannot speak to their other services.

Complete waste of time. Just wanted to get a teeth cleaning. Went twice for "exams for the system" they don't pick up the phone so you can't get ahold of anyone
