Great office filled with amazing, knowledgeable, and caring staff! Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great dentist! Dr. Waseem is awesome!!! I move around a lot and have visited 4+ Aspen Dental locations and this is BY FAR the BEST!!!

Great experience! The whole equip was amazing , specially Dr Edward Uliani from Waco location . My husband usually bleeds More than usual when have a dental procedure but with his amazing job he didn't even spit blood and no pain at all.

I broke my tooth last friday, I work M-F 8 to 6, I could not find a dental office that was open when I got off, or on the weekend. I googled places. Because I was in such pain. @ this Aspen Dental from the call center to the office, everyone was so warm, nice and loving. They cared about my well being and that I was in pain. They were very gentlecwitj the xray, and help me find an affordable treatment plan. I highly recommend. They are awesome.

Everyone was very nice and polite!!! Every question was answered and everyone made sure that I was ok and made sure that I was well informed about my concerns and the suggestions made were a relief. Alexis,Emily and Dr. Wassom were awesome .. and Last but not least Dr Tariq was awesome ... Everyone has amazing bedside manners and that made the comfort level for me great. Keep it up everyone !! Yall Rock

I absolutely recommend! Amazing staff, beyond on what I expect!. Y'all made sure I was FULLY informed before walking out. Although, I wasn't able to proceed with my procedure (Do to $$$). Thank you for your time & can't wait for my insurance to kick in, to come back! Keep up the great work

Thanks Jennifer you're awesome I had to come back because you took 4500 from medicated and I still don't have no permanent teeth I've already called the fraud department of Medicare hopefully more people will come fourth this is what you get for 4500 I advise you to shop around they are scammers I called the dental association on them Medicare gone get mi e back I promise you that and I'm asking for a full investigation they are reap off every o e in the office

This place a total rip off.. they will use up all your dental benefits from your insurance. Then leave you with a large out of pocket bill and no more dental coverage for the year.. They are basically holding your mouth hostage after they start working on you.. I paided over 2500.00 dollars out of pocket for a root canal and crown. And was told I still have 700.00 almost 800.00 dollar balance.. this is after they exhausted all of my dental benefits from my insurance for the year.. they pad your bill with alot of unnecessary procedures. So now even if i wanted to go to another dentist I'm out of luck until a new calendar year. Do not I repeat do not go here.. did I mention the temporary crown came of my tooth so now I have a bare tooth without a crow.. which will cost me more money when I am able to go to another dentist..

Customer Service was Excellent . Aspen is the last dentist that I have to go to. At Aspen, I feel safe and grateful . Aspen made me smile today. I have smile that much since I had a bad experience with another Dentist and Specialist. I had a tragedy before COVID 19. I have been so depressed that I could mentally go too Aspen. I got my nerves up today. My family told me too go for my birthday. Which was July 30,1964. I love the doctor, she very straightforward and intelligent . The hygienist that cleaned my tooth. She is the most friendly person I know. They all helped me out so much. Even their financial support lady will make sure that you are getting taking care of. Aspen payment plan is affordable. Thank you everyone at Aspen. See you soon too get my dentals.
