Great staff and process. I was worried because of a recent experience with another dentist/ company. I was pleased that Aspen dental was realistic and not over the top on what I needed for my dental work.

They did call and helped me out so my review will stand as a five. Deleted the rest as it was irrelevant and due to my fault for waiting till the end of the year to get everything done. Thank you Katie you did a great job.

I thought they were professional. The actual dentist was very nice. I would recommend them to family and friends. I will be going back to finish my dental work.

My son had an exam and X-rays at this location last week. Despite being quoted over $21,000 for his dental work when a Weatherford dentist only quoted us $3600, we were going to go ahead and use them just for one tooth to be extracted that has been causing him pain. When calling this morning, was told that we had to pay at least half of the money over the phone before they could schedule the appointment. Now this is only a $218.00 charge for the one extraction. I asked why and was told "it's our policy because i would be taking the doctors time ". I asked to speak with the office manager and was told she was busy and it would be "way later today" before she could even return my call. I feel like this is just bad business and ONLY business, NOT patient care!

Went in for an initial visit knowing I needed my wisdom teeth removed and found out I needed more work as well. By the time I left, I had a quote of almost $7,000 for everything. I didn't want to pay what they quoted me for the wisdom teeth removal, so they price matched another office I found in Fort Worth. I was ecstatic that they offered to do that so I scheduled my surgery. The day I went in for my surgery Katie told me that they agreed to price match if I agreed to go ahead and pay for all of my other treatment as well. This was NEVER discussed and I still have the voicemail Katie left me telling me the surgeon would price match and nobody ever mentioned HAVING to do all of the other stuff to get the price match. Not just that, but they also didn't prescribe me any preventative antibiotics when I had the surgery and most dental offices do. I ended up going to the ER because of a severely swollen lymph node and they packed my socket even though I didn't have dry socket, I followed up with the dentist and expressed my concerns of why I originally went into the ER (Swollen Lymph node and thoughts of infection), but she said I didn't have an infection and she repacked my socket and sent me out once again with no antibiotics. I was in severe pain the next day and went to the ER again the next day and the doctor there said I have a severe infection and this dental office should be reported for malpractice. I will never return to this place, and I recommend everybody go somewhere else. Extremely sweet doctors and MOST of the staff were sweet. Katie should be fired - extremely rude if you don't want to pay $7,000 worth of treatment up front and communication skills lack severely!

Got in pretty quickly as a new patient. Was treated politely and quickly as well. Discovered that my former dentist used extremely poor choices for my wife and me. Aspen rocks!

After neglecting my dental health due to a disability requiring full time powerchair use and non-accessible offices, I decided to try Aspen Dental. I was surprised at how quickly I could get an appointment and how quickly follow up visits were scheduled to start treatment. The staff is beyond amazing. Everyone I had contact with was knowledgeable, caring, and provided excellent care. Dr. Amber was awesome. Concerned about my blood pressure, she lowered the shades and dimmed the lights so I could relax before I had an extraction. She finished the extraction before I even knew she began. I didn't feel a thing even with less numbing blocks because of my high blood pressure. Lacee took great care to make sure my partial fit properly during a follow up visit and kept me company as the mold was setting. Cheyenne did an amazing job on my cleaning and going over treatment plan. Kim, Chris, Peyton and others at the front desk did a wonderful job with x-rays, impressions, and explaining the financial responsibilities and making sure my powerchair fit in a room that provided enough space for everyone to work while I stayed in my chair. I am very pleased with the care I recieved and look forward to future appointments.

First off, going to the dentist isn't on my top 10 things I love to do, but this office was great! I needed to get in the same day and they made that happen. From Reception to X-Ray to Dr. Amber herself and the Finance Manager, I couldn't be happier. Everyone was professional, friendly, and patient. I have some serious work that needs to be done. They took time to explain the work needed, the order of priority, the options available and the cost at each stage. The office and exam rooms were very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. Big Kudos to a great staff at Aspen Dental! I highly recommend them!

i have never been to a dentist that could care less about the pain they inflicted while deadning your mouth, she had me screaming wanting out of that chair, i would not recomend this company at all plus they lied to me to get me to come i asked if they had nitrous they said yes but they don't

I had quite a bit of work that needed done. The dentist was amazing. Caring and reassuring. Her staff did fantastic. I also liked the fact that she was patient and encouraging of both her staff and me!

Our visit was great. I definitely recommend this office. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. We didn't wait long at all and our appointment itself was quick but thorough!
