Went in for a tooth removal my tooth is been hurting all week my pain level was extreme when the tooth was removed the doctor gave me ibuprofen I asked him numerous times to prescribe me something stronger due to the severity of my pain and he wouldn't do it I am I'm so disappointed I would never go back here

Everyone was so thorough and nice!! They took a lot of time to explain results and procedures. I did not feel rushed at all. I would 100% recommend them!!!!

I was able to reschedule my appointment with no issues, once I got there the staff was absolutely amazing. They took me back for my x rays & made me feel as comfortable as possible. The hygienist was so kind & helped me get through my nerves & was so gentle & efficient. At the end, I was nervous I wasn't going to get approved for the financial means to get my wisdom teeth removed but in seconds I was approved. The front desk lady (I feel so bad I don't remember names!) helped lower my costs as much as possible. I am truly so thankful for Aspen Dental and the staff at this location for helping me

They were great, on time , very professional and answered all our questions. They provided us with a dental plan that was inclusive and affordable. We were never rushed to make any decisions or to leave. Thank you all for helping us.

The prices were...ummm...interesting. 4K for a crown after insurance. You can get one at dental school for $500.

The whole staff is incredible, however Stacy and Joseph were my points of contact. This establishment is VERY lucky to have them, making my experience stress free and comfortable (which is especially helpful when going to the dentist). Will come back!

I was so happy to have been taken care of by these wonderful, caring people. I believe the beautiful young lady's name is Marie. I am not remembering the outstanding young man's name that fitted my dentures, but he was so thorough, kind and professional. You have both been a blessing to me when I needed one. If I could give less stars I would... I wish there was a way to give them a negative. Aspen Dental is by far the WORST PLACE I have ever been to. I paid thousands of dollars for Dental work that NEVER got done and now they are trying to charge me a few thousand more for nothing. They cancel appointments for no reason and tell me that I have an appointment that I missed, so they can try to charge me for it, in all actually I did/do not have. I'm Considering going to the BBB and /or consumer finance protection bureau to let them know what this company is doing and how they are stealing my money for no reason. I WOULD WATCH MY POCKET BOOK & BANK ACCOUNT. They like to take money that doesn't belong to them.

If you like being in a cattle call situation and waiting in the lobby for hours, this is the place for you. I wasted 3 hours of my day today. It was the most uncomfortable I have been in a dental facility. People were siting on tables because there were not enough chairs. They seem to double or triple book the appointments. Everyone seemed friendly but it was not organized. I had higher expectations because of the ease making the appointment. I had to give my insuance info too many times to count. If this were a doctors office my info would have been verified before I got there. The paperwork was done on a tablet which was confusing as far as not knowing if you completed each section and none of my info I filled in pior to the appointment was correct. Instead it looks like it was redone right as i got there because it had the old address on my licence. It had the feel of a used car sales office. I went for my cleaning that is covered by my insurance but because they suggested a higher cost cleaning I am not able to get a cleaning at all. Even a used car place gives you options. My old dental office had a space to brush your teeth before the appointment and was considerate and knowledgeable about the insuance. My insurance doesnt take them anymore. Honestly, If this is what you get with dental insurance I think all give up the plan. What a horable experience and a total waste of my time.

Had bad tooth and jaw pain and was able to get a same day appointment! From the front desk to the dental assistant to the hygienist and the doctor everyone was very nice and helpful! Was very happy with my experience and will definitely be going to them for my regular dental work.

I was able to make an appointment for the next day (online and as a new patient) for extreme pain in my jaw and teeth. Sierra and Dr. Weisbond were attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable during the exam and X-rays. Discussion of payment plan at the end of the appointment and follow up appointment scheduling was handled smoothly.

From setting the initial appointment through the completion of the exam and financial aspects, Aspen dental and the employees went above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable. She struggles with sever dental anxiety and they were patient and kind and walked her through every step!

I had an amazing experience at Aspen. Every single person I dealt with, Dr. Weisbond, Marie, Monique, Sierra and Joseph were all beyond friendly and made every effort to explain each procedure that was being done. The atmosphere in the office was very friendly and upbeat. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental for any of your dental needs.
