When I called to schedule this appointment I told the receptionist that I had cracked a filling and was in a lot of pain and needed to have it fixed asap. I just moved to the area so I am a new patient. When I showed up, they took lots of x-rays (which I expected), then they put me in an exam chair and told me that I would be getting a full treatment plan since I was a new patient but that I would not be getting my tooth fixed. I have enamel dysplasia so I have a lot of dental issues (I always have, I am at the dentist every other month for something). I know I have a lot of work that needs to be done but I came in yesterday specifically to have my very painful tooth fixed. The dentist was very rude to his assistant and was not very kind to me either when telling me how much work I needed done. I was then given a $15,000 treatment plan and told that in order to schedule an appointment to fix my broken tooth I would have to put a deposit down but I could look into third-party financing if I couldn't afford $15,000. I have literally never been to a dentist that requires a deposit or third-party financing. I will not be returning and I will be looking for another dentist to fix my broken tooth ASAP so that I am no longer in pain. I will say, the woman who took my x-rays and the office manager were very helpful and kind. The dentist is mainly who was extremely unprofessional and rude.

Dental visits are usually not necessary fun but the staff at Aspen Dental clinic made my first visit a pleasure. Very friendly, professional and timely. The office is modern and clean. The Dr. explained all my options and answered all my questions. Jesse M

So to start things off I haven't been to the dentist in quite some time. Mostly because of some difficult visits in the past. However, I had a bit of an emergency and I knew it was time to face it head on. My entire visit was pleasant, efficient, and reassuring. I was a bit anxious but as for Ms. Gabbie, Ms. Coreion, Ms. Taneshra, and my doctor and hygienist (I forgot to get their names),I thank you all for a wonderful experience and I hope to continue to have great experiences such as this.

I was very happy they were able to accommodate me so quickly. I had an issue that needed immediate attention. I will have it taken care first thing in the morning - within 24 hours of my call to them! Everyone was very pleasant. I will continue to go to them based on my experience today.

Going to Aspen was a very pleasant experience. Visiting the dentist is usually somewhat frantic. Everyone was respectful and had very good mannerism. I was made to feel extremely comfortable, there is no stress about taking care of your bill, they work with you. I have not been treated for my problem yet, but I believe the experience will be just as amazing.

Major screw up with this place, my friend went to have a procedure here they didn't numb his mouth for the procedure LSU maxiofacial dental, they left a hole in his mouth sinus area from the procedure, which caused all kinds of problems not only that when he got upset with them , which was rightfully warranted from what they did to him, they dropped him as a patient and now he can't get his dentures. I am livid! This was a major malpractice and they tried to cover it up and add Insult to injury he has to go without teeth and couldn't defend himself. Don't go to here or LSU maxiofacial surgery center. This dentist did not have the right to harm my friend. You signed an oath to do know harm. When I find out his name I will let yall know. He doesn't know I am doing this review either so don't come down on him just fix it!

Hello, I went into Aspen Dental as a new client. The atmosphere was very welcoming. My teeth were professionally cleaned and I had X-rays done. A further examination was performed and recommendations for other services were discussed. I would indeed recommend Aspen Dental to friends and family!

I went for my first evaluation and I couldn't get that sign in I Pad together but they kept it professional and helped me along and when I got to the back they was very informational and professionally made me feel totally at ease since the pandemic I was very uneasy about going back to a dentist.Now I am ready for the Gonzales office staff to help me get back in the chair I enjoy my visit !
