Friendly place and knowledgeable staff when it was open. Had some work done for a crown. Did the work, shaved the tooth, temporary crown on and the permanent one was sent to be made from my original tooth. Come back in two weeks they said. I came back and the place was closed. Showed a couple of UPS stickers on their door (one was probably my crown). Google shows it as temporarily closed. Called a few times. Left a few voice mails. No call no show. My temporary crown is not holding up and I can't find a way to get my crown that was shaped for my tooth put in. There should be a way to funnel that work to another office rather than forcing the person to wait for them to re open or start the process over with another dentist.

Yesterday morning to have work on my teeth. I can honestly say that the way I was treated was very good. Truly very professional. I did not experience no pain what so ever. My son- in-law told me he had a good experience. Everyone their treats you so good. I am pleased that I went to Aspen Dental. I would recommend them to anyone not sure about Where. Go there you will not be disappointed Thank you so much for making my first. Experience one that I will not mind going back.

Since day one this place has been unorganized. Friendly people but since they have no doctor they can't keep appointments and today I thought after 6 months and giving them another chance they would have their office in order. I had a weird feeling since I didn't get a confirmation for my appt the day before and sure enough here I am at there door and the office says closed. This place is a joke. This is the last time I am done with this place. No call to say, hey we wont be in the office.. no follow through or care. I would not recommend Appen Dental at least the Westgate office.

I used Aspen Dental in SLC for years and they were great, I moved down here about a year ago and figured I'd have the same experience but I was very very wrong. I went in with my mouth swelling about 3 inches out from a tooth that needed to be pulled, I know I need either transplants or dentures, you don't need to be a very good dentist to come up with that conclusion. In the meantime if I'm in serious pain then that should be addressed first....I would think? I left with a 10k quote and the same pain I went in with, now I'm in worse pain, the infection is worse and I'm missing work again for the same tooth I wanted pulled the first time I went in. I've been calling and leaving messages for 3 weeks now......6 messages later and nobody will call me back, the don't want to take care of you, they just want big ticket items.

My first time at Aspen, customer service, staff communication was great. The wait in between the x-rays, Doctor and the assessment that was done regarding my teeth was within minutes, I did not have to wait long. Everybody was very professional especially that day we experience the shooting that was taking place at the TANGER OUTLETS. The front desk person and the office manager were great. The office manager took charge and kept everybody safe, she updated staff and patience on what was going on. Everybody was professional and followed safety guidelines. My apologies for forgetting the names of the front desk person and office manager it was a little overwhelming that afternoon. Thank you, Ana M Lopez

Great place to get dental work. Very clean and patient friendly layout. While the staff was attentive and friendly too, my only wish would have been that they would introduce themselves by name when they initially speak with me. I was a new patient and didn't know who was speaking with me or coming to look in my mouth. I only knew the hygienist was named Mason. He was great and gentle and explained what he was doing or going to do for cleaning & treatment. Even the dentist, though she was carefully thorough and had a very kind manner and explained her diagnosis and treatment plan she never introduced herself. They fit me in twice in one day since openings occurred to get a jump start on my treatment and I feel like my dental care is on a good path in good hands too. Thank you Aspen Dental.

I made appointment to have dental work done because I was in a lot of pain from my front tooth loose so loose and other teeth that needs to be pulled immediately, infection had set in.. they asked in their survey what was my immediate concern that I had come in for and mentioned the above issues. They took xrays and found i need dentures, which I agree, however my immediate concerns was not addressed at all and I left with severe pain still , but i was given a quote on different levels of dentures....by the way im still in pain and still trying to find a dentist...Im not rich and i have dental insurance, i need something done to protect my kidney transplant from my degrading teeth. Wonder if i can be used for advertising purposes for a greatly reduced bill....the search continue....oh! the staff was wondeful and quick

I gave it two stars due to the excellent check-in process, but everything else was downhill from there. I had a wisdom tooth extracting, and was told I could remove the gauze after about 30 minutes, so I did that. Later that evening, I started experiencing extremely sharp pain and called the emergency line and got one response back from the dentist saying try sleeping with the pain and return in the AM if it's still there. I could not sleep at all that night and so I called the E-Line and got no response for the rest of the night. After being awake for over 24 hours, I made a return to the dentist to find out what was going on. He stated it was a possible dry socket and that pain is normal with surgery. He gave me a piece of gauze which he told me to use for 30 minutes, and re-assured that the pain was normal, and to contact the ER if I'm still in pain. The ER will not assist with dental issues, and after contacting a different dentist as well as doing online research, I was told that if I did have dry socket, I should have had the gauze on longer than 30 minutes. I am now on day 3 and still experiencing the pain. I'm afraid to go back to this dentist as I'm afraid of being ridiculed for the pain again.

I had just about given up on finding a great dentist that would listen to me, and do only what needed to be done. My last dentist, I believe, would add and do unnecessary procedures, even after I told them I did not want them done. Aspen dental listens to you, and advises you on what needs to be taken care of and why. I like that. Staff is always friendly and professional...I felt that I was in really good care. I have found my new dentist.

First things first the place is nice and clean and it did not smell like medication as soon as you walk in, next the staff are all friendly, and not to mention the Dr. He was nice and gentle with the exam explained what he was doing all through the whole process this was so comforting great experience all the way.

Worst dental chain on the planet. Avoid at all costs. I went into this dentist with a broken tooth. I was in a lot of pain and needed the tooth extracted. I chose this chain because they express that they handle walk-ins and emergencies. I made an appointment with them and arrived on time. I filled out all of the documentation. When I finally saw the dentist, he refused to do the extraction. I was visibly in pain and asked why. He said he could not due to me having chemo over 10 years ago. I gave him permission to do the extraction anyway. He refused and denied me care. I reported to the Aspen Dental corporate and they did not understand why the dentist would refuse care. Do not.. do not go to this chain. You will regret it.
