My experience was good. I was very nervous and was described some meds to help me relax. I appreciate that and everything went well.

I give this location 1 star only because ZERO isn't and option ANDDDD because I did receive a (currently) free gentle dental cleaning. And the Asian doctor I seen was kinda nice and so was the small white female with long brown hair. That's about it. As for the stuff I didn't like please continue reading below. 1. They were kinda Rude. It also goes along with being super judgmental, the unwanted comments, dismissive of possible issues, and the constant lecturing I was receiving during my visit. The Peace of Mind Promise (a complete lie) they tried being friendly but it's not enough when your comments upset someone. Guess it only applies if you're paying out of pocket or with your own insurance. Which again? Would have been somewhat of an option if they weren't so dismissive. So what if I want full dentures. So what if I want root canals. How does that harm you or me? Oh I'm to young to have no teeth in... that doesn't even make sense. Do I need to be in a major accident before that could even be considered an option Or wait a few years to have the rest of my teeth rot out before that's even an option? It's a dumb excuse. 2. They ignore the patients wants. Either their plan or no service. (I mean who would let someone do something they didn't want?) 3. Not willing to work out a payment plan for possible treatment plan. <--- Who says no to money? I said I would pay for anything not covered for full dentures or root canal option. I said I would pay for dental grafts, I said I would even pay for the dentures if they removed all my teeth... 'NO' they didn't want to hear what I was trying to say. 4. Dismissed the thought I could even remotely be allergic to silver or have a sensitivity to it. Told me all my dental problems come from poor dental hygiene. 5. Also they give TMI about themselves that I never even asked to know about. Like, don't compare our situations. And don't tell me something isn't possible. 6. Call them because they don't keep their word and follow up with people. Sad thing is I read the bad reviews and I still gave them a chance. My mistake. I'll find some other way to take care of my dental needs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR SERVICE. If you're the owner I suggest more training for your staff. Maybe actually explain things to people who come to you for help. Take into consideration what the patient wants. My comment may not reach but a few people but it's definitely negative feedback that reflects the service your staff provides to customers current and potential. This kind of business can thrive no matter the economy but poor service can make customers go elsewhere (there are so many different paces around) and of course that means... that's money you're not making.

If I could give a negative stars I would. I have been trying to get snap on bottom dentures for over a year now. I have had 4 appointments, set up by them and when I go there I am not on the books even though I have an appointment card written by their office. I am beyond frustrated. I have paid good money for this "simple" option of the snap in dentures with nothing to show for it. I WOULD NOT EVER recommend Aspen Dental in Glen Burnie or Dundalk to anyone. They have terrible customer service. If you read this please find another dental practice. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I approached the front desk to check in and there was no one there. There was however a woman with a short haircut sitting at a desk behind the front desk. The woman even got up to grab something from the front desk should couldn't miss me standing there. She never greeted me or even told me someone would be right with me. I found that to be rude. After standing at the desk for about 3 minutes a young lady came to the desk, greeted me and checked us in. She was very kind. Upon sitting down I couldn't help but notice how dirty the waiting area floors are. I had to use the bathroom. Besides the fact that there was no toilet tissue at all, the bathroom looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I've never been to a dentist office and seen such uncleanliness. While I wasn't the patient being serviced, the lack of cleanliness in the common areas would turn me off from considering services here.

I visited Aspen Dental for the first time today. My dentist was calm, gentle and professional and the staff was excellent. They accepted all of my insurance which made my treatment plan very affordable. I highly recommend this practice.

This place will tell you one thing and then charge you for something else. So beware, if you don't want fraudulent charges on your credit report, go to a more honest business.

After shopping around for quite awhile, I finally found a practice that listens. They explained everything in detail. No pressure either. All in all, a wonderful, comfortable experience. I plan on being a patient for a long, long time. Thanks.
