Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Dentist was as well even though she hasn't started on me yet but I liked her by just talking to her. Much better than the last place I went to. Highly recommended.

All I wanted was a routine cleaning and instead spent almost 2 hours doing everything the company wanted to "make a plan" for treatment. I didn't want a plan, I just wanted my teeth cleaned. This practice is clearly only about making money and did not appreciate not being heard on what I wanted. I wasted 2 hours of my day without even getting the service I wanted. Very terrible experience.

The Cape location was the best! They were slammed busy but I was still in at my time. The dentist still took her time with me and did not rush the job. Both extractions I had there have been in and out and the whole staff was super nice! All very sweet!

The hygienists are great but the doctors are horrible. Went in for an abscessed tooth and was basically ignored and given an appointment 3 weeks out. Do not recommend.

Attempted to make an appointment for a split tooth. Kept getting a voicemail during normal business hours. Left message and never got a return call. Not very professional for repeat customers. Also called number your reply provided also with no answer and only a voicemail. Definitely not the best action in regards to this manner.

I am 73 years old.this was the best ,most profesonal dentist Incounter i have ever had!!! A young,intense group of young people that knew excactely what to do.they each had their job which they did with profionallism. A great experiance Keith hails .

First time I've been to a dentist office that actually laid out a good game plan and gave me the treatment I wanted and addressed it quickly. I couldn't ask for any better. The girls at the Cape Girardeau , MO Aspen Dental office did everything in their power to hear my concerns and they was all very sweet. I hope I can say the same after all of my future follow-up visits.
