I went here for a tooth extraction and I was very scared because the last tooth extraction I had was the worst dental experience of my life that gave me nightmares after it was done. The last time felt as if they were trying to pull my jaw bone from my face. The sound and the jerking was horrendously traumatic. I cried for days everytime I thought about it. This time was a completely different experience. They checked on me throughout the procedure and talked me through it. It was only persure I felt. I didn't feel any jerking at all. I can't remember the name of the dentist here but she was very gentle and very kind .That's saying alot coming from me because I work for a dental health insurance where I constantly deal with rude dentist and upset customers because of dentist. I intend to go back and continue my dental care at this location .

Dr Shah,DMD was great. Malian was wonderful RDH. Alanah was also wonderful RDA. Shelby assistant office manager was very helpful. Amanda assistant office manager was also very helpful.

Dr Rodriguez and Alannah were exceptional while taking care of me. I have a big fear of the dentist and they make me feel so comfortable. I love Aspen Dental in Georgetown.

They are amazing, went in for an appointment to find out if they would give me dentures, went to several other dentist to be refused what I know I desperately need, they said that they will do it because I can't save what teeth I have left and I was so happy I cried, my mothers boss told me to go see them and that they would take care of me and that is exactly what they are doing. I highly recommend them, the staff is amazing and understanding

I was embarrassed about my smile as well as super nervous but it was an absolutely amazing experience. When I walked in Chris, the office manager, immediately greeted me with a smile & even remembered me from our one phone conversation! I was called back by Alannah who reassured me, explained everything she was doing, and even let me cry a little. We went into the exam room and Alannah and Gina did some more exams. Gina was so friendly, considerate, and caring. Then Dr. Shah came in and had such a peaceful presence. She listened to me, explained everything, made sure she answered all my questions, and made sure I knew that I would get my smile back! Upon leaving I met with Chris again and came up with the plan for my treatment and even talked to me about the Longhorns!! Will definitely recommend this team to everyone I know and will use them from now on!!! Such an absolute gem in Georgetown!!

A few days after I arrived from Northern Ireland I had denture problems. The staff at Aspen dental were amazing. They fit me right in and repaired my plate the same day. All the staff were very professional and kind. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend the Georgetown office of Aspen Dental. Tommy Hoey

They are wonderful. I got new dentures and had to pull 6 teeth. I did not feel a thing. I did not even feel the shot to deaden my mouth. Totally painless. The all are so nice and professional. It cost less then I thought it would, so that was good. Great place to get teeth fixed. Just wonderful. Oh and my teeth are beautiful and fit well. I just had my last visit and found out they lied to me about my new dentures. I was supposed to get a new set when the swelling went down 6 months later they say no we just realine the ones you got. The wobble around in my mouth and when they are setting In place the y hurt because I have a piece of toothe sticking out that was suppose to be pulled. The are liars and do a poor job in the end.

My experience with Aspen Dental in Georgetown was wonderful from the time I called for an appointment up until the time I left my appointment. Everyone was kind, professional, and provided me with great feedback on my teeth and how to maintain a healthy teeth and gums moving forward. I got great feedback from the front desk staff on billing, my hygienist was awesome and super funny and made my cleaning easy. Lastly I had to get my two front teeth evened out and the dentist did a great job! My family noticed as soon as I came home. Thank you so much to all the staff and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Aspen Dental was great! They worked me in the same day as a new patient for a slight emergency and got me all fixed up! Alannah and Dr. Rodriguez made me feel comfortable in a not so comfortable situation! Thanks again to Amanda and all the staff at Aspen Dental, what a great work environment you have!
