They got me in quick for an exam and was able to do a tooth extraction immediately. I didn't have to wait long, the dentist that pulled my tooth was very friendly and made the procedure go with ease. You could tell she knew what she was doing, and walked me through my problematic teeth and gave her opinion on what's best to do. I haven't had bad experiences with other places but comparing this place with past experiences from other dentist's, I think this placed did excellent. I highly recommend and give thanks to the people there.

Dentist he was helpful but the biggest see you next Tuesday you'll ever meet in teeth. The office staff are only reason I'd come back they're wonderful

I'm sure this post will get lost in the myriad of 5 star posts, but Aspen Dental has been nothing but a thorn in my side for the past year. I have tried to get in for a cleaning 4 different times. Each time I make an appointment, they cancel it at the last minute regardless of if they've spoken to me about it first. Today was my last straw. I called yesterday to see if I could get in for a cleaning. They booked me for an appointment at 8am today. I drove 30 minutes to get to the appointment just to find that the office was closed for the day. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not be coming back and I will not recommend this dental corporation to anyone.

Worst experience ever,, my Dentures would not stay in without a lot of glue,, they let me know that they would not make it right unless I waited till my bottom gums healed totally or they would refund my money,, so I chose the refund,, they wanted the Dentures so my wife returned them and they issued me a check they said but I gave them cash so now I'm waiting to see if I get my money back,, save yourself the headache and leave this place alone is my opinion hopefully this will save someone the issues I've had,,

If I could give this place zero stars I would I have had soany issues since I first had my top teeth removed. They don't listen to you at all and I bought the most expensive set they had just to make.sire they would fit.amd I wouldn't have any issues but that didn't work I have had nothing but issues with the first set and still have not had the second set made I can't wear them at all with out using denture cream and they have rubbed sores inside my.mouth which I was told to just deal with even though they know I had eat anything solid or even get a good night's sleep I have begged everyone in this office to make the adjustments I want.to the teeth just so they fit a little better but that hasn't happened.. the guy that works the front desk is one of the rudest men I have ever met and always has his nose stick up in the air I know that once I do get my permanent set made ill will never come back to this aspen.. today I have to wait until there ready because I was told onnthe phone 330 by the woman I talked to.ams there saying it was 3 so I was rudely told I would have to wait and they don't even know how long just to just deal with it or go another week before I can get another appointment.. worse place I have never been and ill never return I wouldn't even be having then do my.final set.if I didn't have to

Very updated equipment. Very nice staffs. And I appreciated Dr. Kim Wilkins who put patient's interest first attitude. I was very impressed and will let my wife joint me as well.

Most dentists I go to have been impersonal and negative. I found Dr. Young and his staff to be very friendly and just plain nice. I typically am very nervous and the hygienist and doctor both walked me through what they were doing and both tried to get to know me personally. I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and professionalism.

BE CAREFUL!!!! TOLD ME I HAD 4 CAVITIES!!!! Then wanted me to go in a 3k payment plan when I found out that my HMO wasn't accepted there. Went to Lexington where my insurance was accepted and he just water blasted those "CAVITIES" away. SCAM!!!

I went to Aspen dental for the first time today and just had an amazing experience. From check in to check out the experience was five star. Everyone was very welcoming, courteous and professional. Walked me thru each step of my visit and made sure I was comfortable with everything that was going to happy. Thank you all for being so wonderful!!!!!

Had a great experience at Aspen Dental. Second time there, and will be going back again, for sure. Dr. Patel had excellent attention to my needs as a patient and gained my trust by sincerely seek for what right treat would be for me as the patient. The dental hygienist also a great, and highly professional, as well as the rest of the staff in general. Would give more stars if I could.

The location in Georgetown is awesome. Everyone is so nice. My last visit was with Jenna. She was great. Aspen needs to hang on to people like her.

Fixed my mother's denture that was broken in half and she was unable to visit the office. They fit perfectly and they were completed at time they said. Thank you so much!
