It was a very pleasant visit from beginning to end! Everyone there are very polite and professional. I'm normally nerves at dentist appointments. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

I've left 2 dentists in the past year because they wouldn't listen. They were gonna do what they wanted. Aspen dental in Gastonia listened. They are great. They are pricey but the fact they are doing what I ask makes all the difference

If I could give no stars I would. They scared the bejesus out of me just to get me to pay $30 for them to shine a light in my mouth. The only reason I went to them was because I have a tooth ache and my normal dentist couldn't get me in until next week. Imagine my surprise when they said I needed a 7500.00 treatment, but hey it comes with a tooth brush I can connect to an app on my phone. I have been a frequent flyer in the dentist chair with check ups every 6 months since I started getting teeth so I was floored. Finally after me sobbing in the chair the dentist told me that I needed to see an oral surgeon for a lonely little root of a former tooth still residing in my gum. This place should not be recommended by insurance companies. Do not go there.

I spent 2 hours as a new patient and left without finishing my appointment. Staff was sitting around on their phones and socializing instead of taking care of their patients. Evidently can't make appointments correctly because people were coming in with proof they had appointments scheduled for today but the staff was telling them they didn't have appointments. This was happening yesterday too. Place is a joke! I should have just canceled when they didn't return my calls. Very unprofessional

The dentist said they could make my teeth fit so I wouldn't have to use glue. That's not true everytime I eat something my teeth fall out

Reschedule 3 times before permanent dentures were provided and they still don't fit right. Initial adjustment was only 10 minutes. I was not happy with service provided. Went without teeth for 6 months

The dentist office cancelled my appointment because I had zero service on vacation in the mountains. I had set this appointment six months in advance because you're supposed to get a routine cleaning and check up. So my gums started receding and I thought I could wait until my check up to tell them and follow what they told me to do. They did not confirm my appointment and cancelled it. They then refused me getting a walk in to check on my teeth. I didn't ask for a bleach cleaning I asked for a walk in to check on my teeth. What's worse is that while they refuse my walk in, they had other people just walk in to see the dentist. I will be looking for a new dentist with my insurance provider because the worst part is that every other doctor related place I went to would send a text message to confirm an appointment. They didn't give me a text message to at least tell me to call them to confirm because not everyone is gonna be at a place with a signal. It is literally summer and people want to chill where there isn't a signal sometimes.

Very disappointing. I felt like a piece of equipment being passed through an assembly line. The Doctor didn't even look me in the face (during the 2 minutes he spent with me). The "cleaning" I received was useless - I do better at home. The hygienist spent maybe 12 minutes "cleaning" my teeth and the cost was $184. I have had my teeth cleaned at least 82 times and this Aspen Dental experience was the Absolute Worst that I have ever had. I HIGHLY suggest NOT using Aspen Dental.

I am extremely terrified of the dentist due to bad past experiences. I needed to go due to 2 cracked teeth that needed to come out. They were GREAT!! Made sure I was as comfortable as I could be and didn't rush with anything. Made sure I was numb enough and kept checking to make sure there was no pain just pressure. I do need some more work done and I will definitely be going back. (Still will be a little nervous but nothing like before). Don't wait like I did until the pain is so crazy and you get an infection and your face swells. The whole staff was wonderful!'

I don't like going to the dentist at all due to two extremely bad experiences in the past. They were great at the Gastonia location. Calmed me down as best they could. Had to have 2 cracked teeth extracted. I was terrified. Explained everything they were going to do once they started they didn't rush. Made sure I was completely numb and didn't feel any pain, just some pressure. Kept asking me through it all if I was doing okay. I have bad anxiety as well but overall I felt I was in great hands. I still need some more work done and I'm not hesitant to go back. The whole staff was amazing. Thank you so much for a great experience!!
