Much better than Madison Aspen. Hville hydenist was good. Gallatin had good hygienist and front staff not adding on extra charges without asking etc. Dentist good too. Jesus bless :)

Went in for a scheduled cleaning. Hygienist wasn't there so they proceeded with x rays and had me come back for my cleaning. They ran insurance and quoted me $50 which I paid up front. Then I got a random bill for $94 which they told me was because insurance didn't cover the X-rays. I wasn't quoted on that or anything. Now I'm stuck with an almost hundred dollar bill after already spending $50 for a 10 minute cleaning. If I would've known I was going to have to go through all of this for a simple cleaning, I would've gone somewhere else. Worst dental office I've ever been to.

I highly recommend Dr. Turner and her staff! If you are seeking a warm welcoming place for your dental needs then this is it! From reception to clinical staff everyone here was super helpful and very professional.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I am always scared going to a dentist and I didn't feel that way at all. The dentist gave us good advice and got us a referral to a group of oral surgeons very quickly.

I made 2 consecutive appointments and both were cancelled by the clinic's staff. On the second one they didn't even have the decency to notify me. So I showed up to the clinic and was sent on my way home. I decided to give them a 3rd chance. It should be noted they are one of my insurance "in network" dental clinics. But guess what? They told me my insurance wasn't"going through". They didn't perform the dental cleaning I had scheduled and asked me to come back again once they had figured out the insurance situation. This has been my experience with this clinic. Take it for what it is.

After spending almost two thousand dollars at another "cut rate" dental center, My wife came to Aspen out of desperation. She had them make her a simple bottom plate which turned out to be a nightmare. They just couldn't seem to get it to fit her mouth and after several trips back and forth, COVID came around and shut the entire process down. Now her bottom plate, that NEVER actually fit in the first place has broken in the same place that THEY broke it and glued it back together while trying to make it fit during one of the many times that they tried to refit it without any success. Now she has been told that since the warranty period has expired that she will have to pay for another plate, which she has done. Maybe they will make this one correctly the first time, we are hoping. I am writing this review because my wife doesn't want to start any trouble, but I feel that she has been terribly mistreated and deserves better than this. I gave them 2 stars because their office is only about two blocks from our house, and the staff is actually really friendly, but they seem to have a hard time getting their products to actually fit this customers needs. Here's hoping that this plate actually fits. *** THIS AN UPDATE TO THE PREVIOUS REVIEW !!! *** After contacting the Aspen Dental "HELP TEAM" as asked, my Wife went back, after suffering for almost a year, to try and get some actual help and was told that due to the "COVID DELAY", her warranty had expired and the only thing that she could do was buy another bottom plate and they gave her a $25.00 "GIFT CARD" . She finally paid for another denture to replace the one that they messed up making and after many more fitting appointments, and hundreds more dollars, she is FINALLY able to eat solid foods again. I guess my recommendation would have to be, DON'T USE THESE "CUT RATE" DENTAL SERVICES, it will cost you more in the long run. When it comes to Aspen Dental, we will not be going back to them, EVER !!!!

Highly recommend! They are an exceptional dental team! All the way from the receptionist to the dentist. From my initial call, I was given great care and support. The receptionist assisted me with transferring my insurance to them and quickly responded back to all inquires. The whole team provided a welcoming and thorough experience. As a busy mother this included caring for my little one while dental work was being completed, not being bothered my occasional crying, and not placing any financial pressure- just giving complete care and understanding. Dr S. Walker was very attentive to detail, listened to you, and double checked every thing. She also reached out after hours to ensure comfort and completion. Even once returned to office on her own time to adjust a tooth for my comfort. Overall, it is a great team and would 10/10 recommend!

Worst dentist I have ever been to. They told me that my dental insurance would cover everything that I need done and then they want to charge me over $7,000 just to get the dental work done. Nope don't ever go to Aspen Dental

Until they prove me wrong it's a really good dentists office and everyone was super nice and they didn't cause any unnecessary pain and were very quick with the painful parts
