Worst experience ever. The dentist had the nerve to tell me that I wasn't worth his time to come in on a Friday. He could've just as easily told me that they do not work on Fridays. Was very rude was very abrupt. He told me that he is the only dentist there so things go his way. Staff was friendly but the dentist I could deal with out. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I have told everyone I know to never go there.

Everyone is friendly, and does want to give the best care possible. However... if you are having any work done beyond a cleaning, this is not the place to go for financial reasons. The estimates are never close to the actual work. If you do go here, because you like the staff (everyone really is kind), be sure to budget 3x whatever estimate they give you! And the customer support/satisfaction is an absolute joke.

Staff were very nice for the most part. However, I had two fillings done and had the WORST experience! It took almost 2 hours per filling and during the dentist almost dropped a tool down my throat. No one explained what was being done, the dentist had no beside manner whatsoever. A week after getting the second filling I was eating a subway sandwich when the first filling came out completely and the second filling came out along with taking a huge part of my tooth, down to the root with it. I have had to have several appointments elsewhere to fix the mistakes made along with a having lot of unnecessary pain and spending way more money for something that should have been simple, with no issues. The wonderful dentist that is fixing my teeth proclaimed that the dentist whom had done the original fillings did a terrible job (left some of the cavity and put WAY too much filling in place) and said that is for sure what caused my tooth to break. This occurred over a month ago and I have still not heard back from Aspen regarding the whole situation. Moral of the story, don't go here for anything more than a routine cleaning!!

Well, I went in for a filling a few months ago only to have my tooth break even more plus lost the filling. They double charged you too. Yeah, I'm going to a different dentist. No thanks to you.

Got new upper dentures, very happy with everyone at the place from pulling bad teeth to getting my dentures to be comfortable.

Went in again and recieved yet another 5 star experience! Chelsey was precise and laser focused at the task before her, but found the time to ask me about my 4 children at home! Even asked about one if them graduating! I really enjoy that level of communication when dealing with someone sticking sharp items in my mouth! ;) I even went so far as to tell her that the world needs another hundred thousand copies of her and we'd be able solve all its problems with her plentiful energy and drive! Seriously, she is the epitome of customer service and care! I also met Michael Patterson, the office manager, and he was easy to speak with and listened intently to what issues I wanted to address. Looking forward to getting more work done soon, will update again then (and hopefully not drone on about Chesley on and on again!haha)

If you're looking for a dentist, go to Aspen Dental first. The office in Galesburg, Illinois is bright and clean. The entire staff is very friendly and seem to have the answers to all of my questions before I asked them. The price was affordable and I didn't have a long wait to get an appointment or even when I arrived for my appointment. Try them, I think you'll be happy you did.

Went to have a lower plate repair they did that. Then they told me they would fix me a whole new plate at no cost. Went back many times for appointments to have the lower plate fitted. They could not get it right, every time I get down the teeth on the bottom plate they had set me up with did not match my upper plate. I could not eat it would not work I kept going back and all they did was grind on them. And when I was not satisfied because the lower plate was so far off. They told me there was nothing they could do, I guess that was the cue to hit the door. I went in and talked to the manager and he promised that he would get a hold of Aspen dental and Moline by that Friday and get back with me that was two and a half weeks ago and still not heard a word from him. I am very upset, and would not recommend having your dentures done there.

It was for my husband and the only thing that he wished they would have did was took the tooth out or gave him something for pain Has to wait until infection is gone but other than that he had a great experience
