I would give them a 0 but they do not have one. Office staff friendly but here is my situation. Hygienist looked at my x-ray and said I could "probably" use a deep cleaning. The office then quoted me $800 for a deep cleaning every 3 months and that was after applying my discount from my dental plan. I received a coupon in the mail for a cleaning and x-ray for $69 from another local dentist. Went to them and they NEVER mentioned a deep clean. Hmmm.....returned to Aspen Dental one more time for reseating of a veneer. Asked the dentist on duty if they could please take a second look at my mouth to be sure I really needed deep cleanings (Aspen was much closer to my home than the other office). He told they would not change their mind and said and I quote "You need to find a new dentist." So much for customer care....so disappointed in them.

Going to the dentist is so scary. Even as adults we all hate it! When you're told that you have serious issues with your teeth and your jaw line that's also very scary! Aspen dental in Gainesville made the entire experience so relaxing and it was actually fun! Everyone there was very laid back including the dentist who was very kind and knew his stuff! My daughter has high functioning autism. They were sensational with her. Asking her if she was okay showing that showing her what they were doing, before doing anything. If you're looking for a place... because MOST DENTISTS ARE are awful, scary, complicated, expensive, overwhelming,, painful and intimidating.... But if you're looking for a place that is actually relaxing, enjoyable, laid back, less expensive with payment plans that work for you, ASPEN DENTAL IN GAINESVILLE GA. IS THE PLACE TO GO TO FOR ALL YOUR DENTAL NEEDS! The technicians, The dental hygienist, The front assistant,the doctor, all made my family feel at ease. It was really strange, it was not stressful or upsetting in any way! No one gets that at a dentist! But you will if you go to Aspen dental in Gainesville Georgia! I have a lot of work to do on my mouth to get it back to good. I'm not worried about that. I trust Aspen dental in Gainesville to take care of me and my family!

Overpriced scam artists posing as dentists. My white enamel fillings are rough and jagged, and they refused to fix them. And they told my fiance he had gingivitis and would have to pay upwards of $2,000 for treatment. He saw another dentist who stated confidently that my fiance didn't have gingivitis and had great oral hygiene.

Aspen dental was very thorough they talked to me about the whole experience. it was great the dentist did a fantastic job I am very pleased with Aspen dental and will continue with their service. it is definitely a five-star dentistry.

They were professional and very helpful! I have very sensitive teeth and they took that in to account and they were so gentle! One employee that stood out the most was definitely Sharlie, she was so helpful and kind. She helped me to understand the treatment plan they had for me and she's just so very down to earth!

I had scheduled an appointment for my fiance online. His appointment was scheduled for Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 8AM. Which he had received not one but two confirmation emails, that he confirmed twice for his appointment. So, we drive to the Gainesville location and they are closed. So bizarre. Like why would it let me schedule an appointment for that date and time if they're not even open? We called and no one answered or called back.

I've been coming here for years and I can tell you I've never had a bad experience the staff are always so friendly and Dr. Parekh is hands down the best dentist I've ever had addresses all questions and concerns.
