I Experienced a fabulous,professional, and found every one to be knowledgeable, kind, and showing empathy for dental care. I had a time limit due my grandsons wedding These guys worked even harder to meet my dead line. I couldn't be happier. I am thrilled with my finished product.

Being in the service industry, I cannot stress enough for my employees to treat people with respect, and respect their time. I had my first visit, of a long and arduous process, of giving me back my smile, and dignity, as I will be needing extensive work to get there. I had a problem in x-ray, and that's where Yiemmy took over, got me calm, helped to complete the mission, and quite frankly made a customer for life. We all handle things differently, and having empathy, and a positive attitude, made it manageable, and I am thankful for that. Then Tashe, and Dr. Moore took over, and left me feeling pretty good about my choice. Very clear communication, and once I'm finished, I will leave the rest of the story. So far so good!

I went in Gadsden office today for check up, cleaning.10/12/22 Mrs. Victoria Berry( RDH). Did a very thorough job! I normally have trouble with X-rays, because I have a bone on the bottom of my mouth. But she took good X-rays. She was smiling, had a good attitude, personality the whole time. Very knowledgeable. I also saw Dr Moore( DDS). He was knowledgeable. Gave me some ways to better take care of my teeth & gum. He also did a good job. Though he seems a bit hurried, a bit aggravated. I also tried to call a few days earlier. It kept going straight to voicemail. So I went by. They apologized & said they were short staffed. The staff that was helpful & kind. Other than that. It was a good visit

We just finished with our treatments and new dentures. All the staff has been helpful and very thorough with their procedures. I would recommend them and return to them if necessary

I don't know much about the dentist here but I can tell you that his staff is freaking amazing! Cassandra, Mandy, Kaylee, Victoria, Bruce, Tashe, Yeimy and Jessica have been nothing but good to us!

Went in for wisdom tooth extraction and told I would be able to get it done the same day. We'll that was a lie, only did x-rays and seen the Dentist for only a few minutes. He said I needed antibiotics and ibuprofen and sent me on my way. I come back next day later for extraction and in severe pain when they said we gotta take your Blood pressure and of course it was high due to infection and the severe pain I was in and i also have white coat syndrome, so the Dentist came in and said we need a medical release form from my primary doctor stating that everything is ok with me. I was livid, in severe pain and had to leave without an extraction. Aspen Dental is a joke, Dr. MOORE in Gadsden, AL location is not understanding and doesn't care about people in severe pain obviously. Since when does a dentist care about BP?

Aspen dental is a joke..nice employees though but bad service. After waiting over a month and them canceling on me 2 times after I get there is not right. Gas is too high to make wasted trips..they should pay for my gas. I referred a friend well 2 actually and regret it.

Aspen has helped me,everyone is very nice and polite and very professional, and the est part is any of your dental care needs can be done at Aspen, would definitely recommend

I arrived early for my appointment. X-rays were tedious as I had a new employee taking them. She had to retake nearly every one, and her placement of the bite pieces cut into my mouth. Another tech came to help her with the last couple and had to readjust things that weren't correctly done. Better oversight of those in training could have prevented me getting double the exposure necessary. The actual exam was quick. Hurried even. I then waited another 30 minutes for them the schedule my next appointment. The whole appointment took over two hours (not counting the time I was early) and the only response when I said something was that they were short a person.
