I am highly irritated and in pain right now all because of Aspen Dental in Fuquay. I initally went here for an extraction. I had no issues with that. What I had an issue with was the treatment plan said I needed 7 crowns. 7! Supposedly, 1 needed to be acted on soon to prevent needing a root canal since the cavity had not yet got too deep. It made sense so I made the appointment for the crown. No issues during the 1st crown appointment. Temporary crown was put in and I was on my way. For the record prior to this appointment I had no problems or pain coming from this tooth. The temporary crown came off after 2 days. I went back in and they glued it back on. 2 hours later it came off AGAIN. I went back again the same day and this time they decided to make a new temporary. I had to get all numbed up again, do the mold, all over again. Ok fine. That was Friday. It's now Sunday and it's off AGAIN. My appointment to have the perm one put on is not until 11/17. Supposedly the computers were down the day of my original crown appointment and because of this there is a delay in getting the crown delivered. This is all a bit much considering I am in constant pain when the tooth is uncovered. This practice is only good for emergencies and extractions. They are not properly trained to handle restorative dental work. All the people are nice including all office staff but now I am going to be in pain 11 more days for a tooth that didn't even hurt until they touched it! For the record I never once have eaten anything sticky and I haven't even been chewing on that side because of this headache. It shouldn't take this long to gey a crown shipped. Express shipping maybe?

Went Wednesday and got a tooth extraction and the dentist and her help was AMAZING , everybody is nice . It's nice and clean . Definitely recommend it for sure . Any future work I need done , I'm definitely going here .

This is an amazing dental practice with genuine & professional individuals! They take pride in building a relationship with the customer, providing accurate information an they get the job done! This was not a easy journey to start but I'm glad I chose Aspen Dental in Fuquay NC.

I contacted Aspen Dental with an emergency situation concerning a cracked molar. I scheduled an appointment on a Monday evening for Tuesday early morning. When I arrived the facility was spotless and I was greeted by a great big smile. After filling out my paperwork I was in the back getting X-rays completed. After completing the X-rays, I was shown to a room and made comfortable. The doctor came and ran through her observations. At that point it was deemed my molar would have to be removed. The team met with me to discuss my treatment plan and we were on our way to removing my broken tooth. Dr. Yarger was absolutely amazing in removing my broken tooth. In a matter of three hours I had my broken tooth removed, a full treatment plan, and the relief from pain I so desperately was looking for. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!!!

I went to aspen dental in fuquay varina to get the xrays and free exam. After waiting for 40 minutes I was given xrays and after 20 minutes the dentist came in for exam. She said I needed 7 crowns! I wanted to get my teeth cleaned and they said I needed deep cleaning and to cost would be 276 Nd not 104. I was sent to the financial office were the bill was going to be 12476. The financial person said she included a referral to an endodontist I wnet to anther dentist the next two days later and got my teeth cleaned with no issues with the cleaning that dentist said i needed three crowns and no root canal please stay away from this place that are rip off artist and get paid to refer to endodontist

Several problems happened over the years I was a patient here. The last straw was a filing that they had done popped out after about 13 months and they said they would not discount or fix it for free. I went to another dentist who did confirm the filing was their fault and should not have popped out and that they would have fixed it free of charge. A week later Aspen's office manager, (who had been beyond rude to my husband and I on the phone), sent me a letter that I wasn't allowed to be their client anymore. Duh, I would never come back and neither will my husband's family who have been going there for years. It's sad because they must have been scared I was going to sue them. I should have!

I was hesitant to go to the dentist because of past experiences and the distance of the office (commuting from Clayton). Once in the office, I didn't feel nervous anymore. The team was very welcoming which helped me feel at ease. They also answered all my questions. I'll be sticking with them!

I decided to come to aspen dental because they offered a FREE exam with no insurance. Little did I know this exam would take 3 hours! So I had a pretty bad tooth that needed a root canal that they referred me out for. I also had a broken front tooth. So after my first initial exam I went ahead trying to get my front tooth I paid $400 cash for this because I have no insurance. Then I set up to have the other pulled because I can't afford a root canal. Go into to pull it and pay another $400 out of my pocket. Not to mention have to wait 2 weeks for first available appointment and got my primary doctor to give me an antibiotic with sever headaches and dizziness For a rude doctor to literally dig in my mouth 10 mins scraping after the tooth is removed and then tell me to take Tylenol. That I've already been taking several times a day to try to keep the pain tolerant from the pain that was already in my mouth! So I ask about a pain med for the day to go home and sleep it off and they say no. Just like that. Who cares if your hurting we got our money. Thanks aspen dental! Should have went somewhere not an hour away from me. The free exam Is a joke!! They do not care about you!

So far the first dentist I've been to that actually listened to what I wanted and did not come off as money hungry and made me understand the balance between what I want and want is cost effective and appropriate. Will update after work is preformed

Aspen Dental allowed me to make a same day appointment for a dental emergency, and they solved the issue the same day. They also helped me with qualifying for medical credit to help me make payments for the procedure.

Dentist did a great job.. She talked me through the entire ordeal. I needed that. The only down side to my experience was the doc/employee will wait to send your prescription to the pharmacy. Now it's after hours and you can't reach anyone.. Otherwise everything about my visit was great ..look forward to my next visit.

Same day appointment on Friday due to someone else's cancellation. Schedule procedure for Monday before noon. In and out with 3 fillings with 90 minutes. Follow-up advice as needed. All around good experience.
