I left a bad review after not one but two very bad experiences and they called and harassed me after I took review down prior. They act narcissistic and should not be in customer service at all especially with someone who has a disability.

They knew the insurance charges for full mouth xrays and its only free with insurance every 5 years and I had one a year ago and they did another one and charged me 170 dollars. Instead of being transparent and informing their patients about what is going on they want to do things that they can charge you out of pocket for. I will never go back and telling all my family not to use this dentist.

I have had a few major procedures at Aspen/Fresno. The Dentist and every single team members are always welcoming, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Always keeps me informed about what the plan is and what comes next. The facility is always kept clean and organized. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Fresno, CA location to anyone needing dental work of any kind.

Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!! It was and is the worst place I've been to. first they didn't get my teeth to fit right. Then for some reason when I finally just dealt with the second pair they kept my my original top plate I came in with cause that's what they used to make the impressions then never gave them back Although they claim that they don't keep them and I thought it was kinda weird that they wanted to hang onto them but I didn't question it at the time because if I needed to go back I guess they would be there "WRONG" so now my perfectly good top plate is probably melted down and gone forever so now if my teeth break guess what I have nothing!!!!!!! Oh I forgot to mention they also saw my husband needless to say his teeth are still not fixed because they don't listen to the patient and do what they think!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't speak highly enough of this place or of Dr. S.. the staff has been incredibly sweet and helpful since the first phone call, going above and beyond to get me in to an appointment and on to a treatment plan... my life is changing by recovering years of damage and build up in my teeth, and I've never felt judged or been treated rudely for any of it. I'm very thankful for this entire experience I've never felt so proud to visit the dentist and see the results!!

The best experience I ever had in my whole life I recommend my friends and family thanks to D.A DANIEL WHO PREPPED ME AND COMFORT ME AND NOT TO WORRY THAT I AM IN GOOD HANDS I'LL GIVE HIM A FIVE STAR NOT TO MENTION THE DOCTOR MEHTA SHE WAS GENTLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL REALLY DIDN'T FEEL ANYTHING I WANT TO THANK YOU ALL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK not to mention the staff all the young ladies good customer service

They are worse than car salesman! They quoted me $1500 for a deep cleaning with insurance. Nice try, but I won't be hustled. They added the same charge multiple times. A deep cleaning without insurance is around $350 with insurance it's around $150.

Hands down best experience. All staff was very professional. Yanelly was super friendly and informative . She was very patient with me and explained everything so well. Made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. Thank you so very much Yanelly!I'm definitely coming back.

Amazing staff! Selena and Yanely are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Mehta was sweet, very attentive and helped me get the treatment I needed. Dr. Shwan thoroughly explained the treatment. Demi and Edlin were very helpful as well. Overall amazing visit and definitely recommend Aspen Dental.

Had a great first experience with Aspen Dental up until the point we went over my quote. People are professional. Facility is clean. However, after agreeing to the dental plan and/or work needed, I was informed payment was needed upfront before scheduling my appointment. Costs which totaled over $7,000.00. Please someone tell me who has over $7,000.00 laying around? I don't!!!! Keep in mind $7,000.00 was after my private insurance contribution. Why couldn't I schedule an appointment and for fills and pay on the day of the scheduled appointment? I don't get it!

I just want to say thank you to Dr. Mehta also Selena & Edlin for doing an amazing job making sure I was well taken care of. Also the front desk Woman I forgot to get her name but she was very helpful for what I needed done thank you. I'll be going back for sure ladies. Thank you all.
