Very positive experience, the entire staff was welcoming and helpful and I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Financing was easy and the discount plan that they offer is a huge plus.

Went in for cavities. I made an appointment and told them they'd need to get my X-rays from previous dentist. First day I was there for 1 hr while they tried getting an X-ray from the dentist. Then they told me to make another appointment and bring in paper X-ray. Next appointment I was called 30 minutes before closing the day prior to appointment that I had to reschedule and that the time of my appointment should never have been made because it's not a possible time to be seen. Then the next appointment I brought in the X-ray and I was told they wanted digital. Had to wait until they came back saying the previous dentist can't send it to them they way they require (so the first day I waited an hour for what?). Eventually I was scheduled for my cavities. I had to tell the billing lady where to look on my card for my dental information. I was told $186, so I agreed to make the appointment. Went in, paid my bill, went through the procedure, then went home. Weeks later I got a bill in the mail saying my overall bill is $591, so I owe $400. I called them and they said that's what my insurance is saying. I called insurance and was told Aspen never sent in the paperwork for an estimate. Was also told by insurance that when somewhere is not contracting, they can change their mind for the billing and up charge, and to them it sounds like that's what Aspen is doing. Will never understand how it's legal to tell someone $186 to which they agree to only charge hundreds more when the procedure was complete. I would have never gone here if I knew this would happen. I should have known to not go here after waiting an hour for nothing and watching a man get upset after coming in to be rescheduled for the third time without ever being seen. This place doesn't deserve business.

Extremely unprofessional and not worth your time. They do not keep your scheduled appointments and will make you wait hours. Avoid at all cost.

simply read all the reviews.. This place is a joke, they really should just shut it down.. they're the most unreliable business I've ever seen, there services are garbage.. don't waste your time even making an appointment with these people..

Poor scheduling by the office staff. Why don't you have someone pre-approve their insurance before walking in the door? Poorly ran.

Had a tooth break in half, (a lot of pain) set up an appointment last week they canceled 20 minutes before rescheduled for this week they canceled an hour before "squid they have a emergency.. I think someone don't know what a emergency is! Don't know who's running this place but they should be fired

The team in Fremont OH went above and beyond fitting me into the schedule! They even stayed after closing time to fix my badly hurt tooth which is so very appreciated. Thank you!

Went in for x-rays and a consult on tooth pain. Found out I need to have 2 teeth pulled. My 2 star rating has to deal with how much of a pain it is to find out about financing, nothing to do with anyone who works there. Aspen has it set up where in order to see if you are approved for financing, you have to speak to the office manager. Only she can do it and it has to be done in person. When I was in the office, she was very busy and I had to get back to work. Went down the next day on my lunch, she couldn't get to me. Stopped in on my day off, too busy to get to me. Now I have to make an appointment with her and go back, AGAIN. It is like pulling teeth to find out if you can get your teeth pulled. There HAS to be a better system for this that Aspen could implement. Been a headache to see if I can get necessary dental work done.

Worse experience couldn't even get an appointment the first three months then they canceled when I finally get one . Had another appointment scheduled to continue my work they were going to do and I was told that I needed to start everything over with everything even another X-ray ,when I did that I went back and they forgot to put me on the schedule so they could not see me and by this point I was hurting and needed to be seen soon. Had to move on and go somewhere else to get treatment.Not a good start with Aspen

Spent 12k for dentures. Have been a client if Sandusky office from the start. "Someone " scheduled us for the fremont office... not an easy adjustment when you are dealing with someone in a wheel chair. They had a sorry about your luck attitude. Had to wait another 1.5 hours or reschedule again.th

I have never in my whole life, felt so unwelcome in a medical establishment. The moment the receptionist of the Fremont, Ohio office handed me paperwork to fill out she asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I, needing a moment to focus, told her to let me fill out the paperwork and I'd think about it. Hand to God she asked me 4 more times if I "wanted to reschedule" before I was done with the paperwork. At that point you might as well just tell me outright that you want me to leave. I rescheduled and definitely won't be returning.

The people here are very nice. I am very unhappy with my permanent set of dentures. The first permanent upper was so disfigured they cast and scanned for a new one when my permanent lower partial came in. I told them before I left they didn't fit well and was told they will adjust them. I went back in after trying to eat with them and kept biting the inside of my cheeks. The technician at the time said they would rescan them and remake them once my new permanent plate came in. Today I went and the top teeth are twice the size of my temporary set, now I have horse teeth, ,and after an hour of trying to fix them the bottom plate is still to wide and my upper teeth are very big. Almost 14 months of continuing frustration I am done with this company I'll continue to wear my temporary set until I can afford to go to another place to get them right.

I was a ball of nerves and Dr Weaver and her staff made me feel so much more comfortable. I have a treatment plan in place that's affordable and in time I will have a smile I can be proud of.
