The last time I was there in 2017 and got the dentures I had cancer against my wishes I got the permanent dentures in 2018 I knew they wouldn't fit after my treatments but I got them and paid for them, so I hope I didn't make another mistake I want a few posts on the bottom especially,I was told I have to have my cancer info faxed to the Doctor witch makes sense I just hope I'm not completely disappointed choosing Aspen Dental??

Process wasnt bad, but the temporary cap they gave me didnt even stay in place for 8 hours. Will give them one more chance but ive had much better results from other places

Doctor Williams is excellent!! He pays attention to detail more than anyone else I've been through. And the staff was very polite.

Everyone was super nice and took the time to listen to you not just rush in and out and on to the next patient. Very clean and cautious of covid. I will go back.

Great place!!! I have a fear of anything medical and the staff there is amazing! Big rooms they did not try to downplay my concerns they gave it to me straight and came up with a plan that works for me will absolutely return for all my dental needs!

I had to wait in car,they only take 1 patient at a time in office. I was there for 2and half hours. They do give you exrays,still had to pay 20.00 for what I don't know,all I wanted was to get out of there. Got to see dentist for about 5 minutes, couldn't understand him.dentist never gave me price,then you have to go talk to finance lady.would never go there again, so impersonal.

I would urge people who fear going to a dentist to go to Aspen Dental in Freeport, Illinois and ask for Diamond first. She will make you feel so comfortable you hardly know you are at the dentist! Perfect!!!!!

Took my husband in for a simple extraction and they would do it because tried saying that he needed all this other stuff done before they could pull the tooth. Needless to say we contacted another dentist and he pulled it right away! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! There just out there to take your money!
