DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL! I went there one time. My appointment was at 8:15 and I waited until 10:30 to be seen. Their computer system was not working and I chose to wait because it was an emergency (I lost 2 front teeth in an accident). The X-ray tech was not friendly and tore my mouth up. When the dentist was examining me a staff member pulled him aside and said I was too high risk to care for and needed clearance from my physician. She was talking about my medical history in an open area and could be heard by other patients. HIPPA violation! I was asked to reschedule and wasn't able to get to my appointment on time. I received a call after I got home and was told not to come back because I gave a negative review on their survey. I'm glad they canceled my appointment because I went elsewhere and had a great experience from check in to check out. Shame on you Aspen! Zero star rating!

Answered all our questions and quickly scheduled us with the oral Surgeon. Great Job! The lady that went over cost was really great and did an outstanding job.

All of the staff that I've had interactions with have been amazing. My dental hygienist Angela is/was WONDERFUL to put it mildly. She's very thorough with explaining things to me and showing me proper brushing technique. Great staff, keep it up!

Staff was friendly and informative. Dentist was patient and professional. Having teeth pulled is probably one of the most nerve wracking experiences in my life. However the procedure was not as bad as I thought it would be. It was no fun at all, but the wisdom teeth that brought me in don't hurt anymore. Spent the day with family at the fair ate every thing. Five days ago I didn't want to eat anything due too pain. Now I have diabetes. My gums are healing nicely wish I had come in sooner. Thanks

I wrote a letter explaining my "Dental Fright" issue. I use a prescribed sedative that impairs judgment. I told them anything involving agreements or billing should be done prior to treatment or when I'm not under the influence. They had me sign a periodontal agreement for more than 2K & pay more than $400 while there to begin scheduling for this treatment. They couldn't help me with just cleaning out the one area I was having trouble with. The dentist looked & found no object lodged in my gums which was the reason for the visit. I wear partials which are in remarkable shape for being more than 10 years old & the dentist agreed. They also still fit quite smugly so their claim that I'm losing bone is wrong or at least not as serious as they suggest. I was diagnosed with periodontal disease in my late 20's. I'm now 51. Have undergone treatment in 2008 & have had regular dental care every 3 mos since then. I have never lost a tooth that wasn't pulled by a dentist. The Aspen staff was kind. I called back the next day to cancel treatment & payments. No one was nasty but I will find another dentist that puts morals ahead of money. I have that in California. If I must wait until I return I guess I have to.

Staff was very nice, but I did over hear them talking about the patient's hair color and another patient s shoe's. The X-ray technician was very patient and delt with me very professionally while I gagged on the bite wing equipment. The dentist was very nice and helpful in trying to find me a plan to accommodate my bad teeth and still keep follow up appointments within my budget.

Scheduled a new patient appointment with them, and I had to contact reception a few times to hammer out some details prior to the appointment. The treatment I received from reception really put a sour taste in my mouth. She made me so uncomfortable I ultimately ended up canceling the appointment. Rescheduled with a non chain dentist practice and already have received far superior treatment. Dentists are expensive. Make sure you're spending your hard earned money somewhere that will treat you well.

I saw they were doing a special for people without insurance and I thought that was an amazing thing to do because most people, like myself, who dont have insurance, can't even afford a consultation. It seemed as though Aspen was trying to do a good thing for the community. Post consultation, we discussed a treatment plan, one of the things discussed was gingivitis treatment which was quoted around $4000 for 2 appointments. The office manager was extremely pushy trying to get me to finance the treatment along with fillings and wisdom teeth removal quoted around 5 grand . I went for a second opinion, and NO GINGIVITIS. SO I ALMOST FINANCED OVER $4000 FOR TREATMENT I DONT NEED. If you don't have insurance, DO NOT go here. They dont want to help they just want your money.

Not a really great review for several reasons. Went in for a quote on dentures and for someone who is not a big fan of dentists and gets nervous when I go them not offering laughing gas was a minus. No walls real walls between exam rooms I did not appreciate. I could hear the denial procedure and conversation in the adjoining procedure areas. Overall just not pleased with there setup. I guess it works for a chain Dentist.
