It was not the best experience. I needed a crown ($2500). I asked them to just pull the tooth but they sent me to an endodontist for a root canal ($1490). When it came time for the temporary crown, it took three hours. It was painful and uncomfortable having to hold my mouth open for three hours. After two hours they offered to let me go home and come back the next day. But I knew I would not come back. I had a headache and my jaw was extremely sore. My mouth was so stretched out that it took over a week for it to heal in the corner of my lips. Today I had the permanent crown put on and it wasn't as bad. It took an hour. Most of the time was getting the temporary crown off and getting the permanent crown to fit. I told the dentist that I would not do it again. Next time the tooth will be polled. Everyone was very nice, but that does not offset the experience.

Had dentures made and teeth pulled there 2 weeks ago and after 3 visits to get adjustments on my dentures I still cannot wear them they cut into where my tongue connects to the bottom om my mouth and cut into my lip where it connects to the gum and the response I receive is just try them even though I am telling them they still hurt

Compared to my previous visit in December, I am impressed with the changes Aspen Dental at the Fort Oglethorpe location has undergone. The receptionist is organized, warm, and welcoming when you walk into the clinic. Depending on the visit, you could have a wait time of five to ten minutes. I visited during opening hours, and the office and exam room were clean and organized. For this visit, I had Dr. Lemaire and Christina; they were phenomenal, professional, and, most important, they created a warm environment that allowed me to feel comfortable. If you're looking for a new dentist, I recommend scheduling this dynamic duo to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Dr was great, hygienist was okay. Billing ridiculous. Was told I didn't owe anything because I had insurance they took then I got a big bill in the mail. I'd love to use aspen again for future appointments but the fact they lied don't sit right with me.

Waited over two hours. Patients that came in after me were being seen before me. When I asked why I was not being called back, the receptionist told me I was in the "overflow" because they were short staffed and the other patients were having different treatments than mine. If you know you are short staffed why wouldn't you schedule according to your staffing issues.

I think it went as well as it could of. I am working on getting dentures and it's going to be a two part tooth removal process (by choice). There was zero pressure to rush or hurry to have it all done at once. There was also no pressure to hurry and get the temporary plate done. Everything I requested was respected. My only complaint is even with insurance, they pay 2 thousand, I had to finance almost 2 thousand and still have to come up with another 400 out of pocket because I NEED to have an oral surgeon remove my bottom teeth and shave down a couple boney growths for dentures to fit properly. I NEED to be put under for my own comfort. Just Novocaine didn't go so great for the upper ones but that's on me not on the dentist I did see.

Came in with an abscessed tooth that was causing excruciating pain. They poked & proded around my mouth, making it hurt even worse.. Then quoted me $13k+ for full top extractions, top dentures & repairing my bottom teeth (with no guarantee it would save them). Not at all financially possible as that would be nearly half of my yearly income. Then quoted me $5500 for all extractions & full mouth dentures.. that's more reasonable, but still not feasible. So they had me apply for their "flexible monthly payments".. offered me a lousy $1900 financed at either $57 a month or $100 a month. Those prices are even with my insurance coverage. To beat it all they did not even prescribe antibiotics or anything for the pain that they made a lot worse. Waste of my time, I would give negative stars if possible.

Made a Emergency appointment with them yesterday had 2 broken teeth that has been a issue. They was able to scheldule me the same day. They did do xrays & testing for gum disease. The main issue I went in for was to see if I could get these 2 teeth pulled or some kind of relief. Nothing other then a plan was set up on this "Emergency visit" & the plan just added more anxiety to my list of stuff to worry bout. The plan they decided for me came out to over 9000.00 . The issue I came in for was rescheduled for a future date wanted to get me back in on aug23 due to my schedule & life I wasnt able to book that "Emergency visit" I originally came in on til 9/15. Im having a hard time understanding how having 2 insurances & I still am having such a high oop. I asked if there was any way to do the ectractions that day they told me no I had to put money down for my next appointment for the extraction which was only $25. They did run me through care credit to see if that could help with some oop expenses but the monthly payments was outrageous. I dont see how anyone can afford to take care of their dental health with the amount that they are charging. So we push stuff back & things get worse due to everything is honestly about money issues . This emergency appointment was a joke. Waste of time took off of work.
