Let me first off say I have never had a bad experience at any Aspen Dental I've ever been to. The entire process from start to finish was quite astounding. I had a medical emergency with my teeth and Aspen Dentistry stepped up to the plate . If you are looking for a dentist office that will treat you with respet Aspen Dental in North Port is the place to go. They truly are angels from God in your time of need.

This place just wants to take your money. Oral surgeon doesn't know how to smile/ be friendly. Over priced. $140 for a consult. Front desk staff were fine.

The staff were super friendly and I was in and out of the office in an hour. I had an onlay fall off a molar during the hurrcaine and my usual dentist's office was destroyed so I found Aspen Dental. Great experience

This was the first time I have been able to go to the dentist for years. They made me feel as comfortable and stress free as possible. Very patient staff, and are very willing to work with you on payment options. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

I had to go in for an emergency visit and everyone in the entire office represented a positive outlook. All through the extraction of my infected tooth, Dr. Montero spoke politely and gentle. Good people

Amy at the front desk is very rude. She talks down to you like it's her office. Everyone else was nice. I really liked Nelly. She makes you feel welcome there. Amy shouldn't around people. She's not very friendly Her attitude is very negative and she lacks compassion from what I've experienced. Definitely won't be coming back to this office because of her.

My fiance was complaining about having pain in his 2 teeth for a while, so he decided to go to Aspen to have them pulled. Apparently, the surgeon is only there once a week (if that) and travels often to other locations. During the procedure, which by the way, was extremely expensive and Aspen tried to charge my fiance more for work he DID NOT NEED. He got a tooth extraction and bone graph. The surgeon was extremely rough with him during the procedure. Once it was over, he was sent home with only enough pain medicine to last him MAYBE 3 days. I ended up having to take my fiance to the emergency room because we were unsure if there was an infection or not because of the pain level my fiance was experiencing. We tried calling the Aspen office ourselves to get him scheduled to get seen again... each time we called we were told "the surgeon who worked on him is not available and I will give you a call back to see what the dentist has to say." This has been a back and forth process trying to get them to communicate with us. They clearly only care about their paychecks and not so much their patients because once my fiance payed his bill, they couldn't care any less about him or his well being. It's very sad and unfortunate this happened to him. I've watched him hunch over in pain and Aspen would rather "give us a call back" when this is quite an emergency.

I broke a took almost a week ago. They got me In Monday and I had it pulled by Wednesday. They were super quick and had me In And out both times In less than an hour. The only thing I didn't like was them trying to get me to pay the day before my procedure. I told them no I would pay the same day it all went smoothly and no more pain two days later.

Cape Coral, Santa Barbara office is definitely a 5 star. The dentist is compassionate, empathetic, listens, patient, educated and gentle. The entire group was great. He is the best dentist I've ever been to. He explains step by step as he does his work. The office was clean and comfortable.

All of the office ladies including Lisa who cleaned my teeth were very friendly and wonderful. Today was my 1st visit at 9:30am and was able to also be seen the same day for a follow up cleaning I had about 4 years ago. I was in and out of the office within about 40 minutes. I Highly recommend using their services.

My husband and I are not complainers and we are in excellent health. So much so that our last dentist, 3 months ago called us "dental unicorns." We were new patients here (just moved to town) and scheduling a routine 6 month cleaning. They immediately informed both of us that we are not eligible for standard cleanings because we are in need of "deep cleaning" (at an out of pocket expense of over $1k each). They would not simply do a routine cleaning (as we have had done for decades at all other dentists) because they said it was a "disservice" to us. I asked if we have the right to decide what is right for us and our bodies and they said not at their establishment. Never again. This is a racket.
