They gave me an estimation of coverage from my insurance without ever checking my insurance coverage. They did procedures assuring me that I had coverage when I did not. Then three months after my visit they tripled the charges. People were real pleasant during the visit though.

Everyone there were so understanding and compassionate about my fears. Every person I came in contact today definitely made my experience a pleasant one, at least as a trip to the dentist could be.

I am always very skeptical of visiting any national brand of dental professionals. I have found that aspen tries to offer services that are not covered by my insurance, even though my insurance strongly recommends them. When making an appointment for my daughter needing a root canal, the receptionist said my insurance was accepted, and they could possibly do the root canal the same day as the evaluation. I said great, since she is in pain. Upon arrival for the appointment, the receptionist tells me my insurance is not accepted. I was very disappointed and expressed this while walking out. After 20 minutes, the aspen dentist called and explained there was a misunderstanding because the endodontist that does the root canals only comes once a month. I could come back in for X-rays and the office could set up the appointment for the root canal. My suggestion to any one going here is DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.

The staff was patient and considerate, especially Dakota. She made the entire appointment entertaining and easy to get through. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had in a medical office.

First off I would've given no stars if it was an option! This place is a scam! I've been going timely to the dentist my whole life(cleanings every 6 months like recommended) with absolutely no issues and I've been to different places though out my life. I recently moved to a new area and had to find a new dentist closer to home. This place said I needed a deep cleaning due to bone loss and recessed gums. I called my last dentist who I saw 6 months ago with this news and my old doctor said there was no way by once again looking at my X-rays. So I got another option after going to another local dentist called Smile Zone...they told me they saw no such issues also. This place is a Scam and wanted to charge me over $2000 over what my insurance covered and I have good insurance. Look at other reviews you will see the same pattern! The ADA needs to look into this company! Even when I called local dentist to make an appointment I told my story and they all laughed and said "we have heard this story over and over". I will be contacting my insurance company and letting them know my experience and the ADA. People shouldn't have to deal with this especially in these hard economic times! Shame on this company and the people that work for them that know what they are doing to people by taking advantage of them. If you care about your teeth or your children then don't go to this company!!!!

Made an appointment gave them all my information, got to my appointment and was told they didnt take my insurance!! I told them what insurance I had when I made the appointment!! So after going through the weekend with my tooth broken off I have to try to find another dentist!! Get your act together Aspen!!

This group will Except my dental insurance, but Won't clean my teeth. They'll only perform a cleaning that will cost me $1700.....Hugh???

Parents Beware!! My 10 year old had his teeth cleaned here 6 months ago....no problems. This cleaning, while he is in the chair, they say he needs a Periodontal cleaning. This of course costs an additional $140 charge (money grab?). When his cleaning is complete, he comes into the waiting room in tears due to the pain, with ZERO staff in sight. 6 hours later complaining of SEVERE jaw pain and has a fever. Dental care at its WORST!!!

I took my 80 yo father. They were very kind, patient and gentle with him. The first visit was very thorough and free. They came up with a plan for his care and were very organized with their billing discounts, statements, follow up appointments and how they handled contacting his physician to get a medical clearance. We were very happy with everything and will definitely be back.

I like the way they work with you on everything. I recommend Aspen dental to everyone. If you have a bad experience it's most likely your own fault.

Dr. Kreiner is a very empathetic and intelligent dentist! He goes above and beyond for the needs of everyone and it really shows. I highly recommend him for any dental treatment!
