I haven't been to a dentist in many years. I got/have a lot of issues in my mouth. I was scared, nervous. Bro is the best. I have been treated n taken care of in good hands...things have been very well explained...I'm in the process of getting partials. Had a deep cleaning, fillings. My daughter Becca is having a cleaning.

Went in for tooth pain and all they did was give me xrays and an exam and antibiotics.. nothing for pain no nothing.. and I'm in sever pain but didn't seem to care.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the Fort Dodge Aspen Dental Team! I have not been to the dentist in very many years. I would say 20 years. I was nervous, scared and very anxious. The lady who sat up front Bri greeted me by name and went out of her way to say goodbye to me after my visit. Chelsea was my DA and she was so patient and kind. She made me laugh and smile and be really at ease with everything. She explained every X-ray and step during my visit. The hygienist Jackie I believe is her name was so gentle as she knew how much pain I was in. She did great in teaching me how to use my product for my treatment. Dr. Williams explained everything in detail and talked to me like I was a friend and explained every part of what was happening in my mouth. The office manager Diana was fantastic in breaking down the price of everything for me and walking me through what insurance did and did not cover. Hands down the best team.

Did my Invisalign through Aspen Dental, paid for that. Then they took my insurance info and part of my Invisalign appointment included a tooth cleaning. Then I get a bill for an additional $200 for a tooth cleaning. Feel like they could've notified me that my insurance didn't cover the cleaning before doing it. Not clean my teeth then say nothing and bill me in the mail. I'm in college so the heads up for payment would've been appreciated before hand.

I can't say I love going to the dentist but this was the best experience I ever had. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand it. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Williams. He took the time to examine my teeth and explain everything that he was doing and things that ought to be done in the future. I never had a dentist spend so much time discussing everything with me. So I was very pleased with this visit to Aspen Dental.

This office is not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. I would not recommend to any person with neurodivergence, learning disabilities, or special needs. The staff needs training to be more inclusive to people with disabilities.

Charged for service didn't ask for beware I told them last time I didn't want any extras not covered by insurance my old dentist never charged for the things aspen does very disappointing

Probably the nicest staff I've ever encountered. Every single person was just pleasant! I have no insurance and they were able to work with me without having to apply for cate credit

I called to make an appointment for an emergency had appointment for 0845 and then when i am on my way to the appointment i get a call and they say we cant see you till Monday??????? I have never had such horrible customer service. I would not bring my dog to see them

Amazing office. Very professional and makes you feel comfortable. Everything was explained well and scheduled around personal financing issues. Love this group.
