My anxiety gets the best of me sometimes especially when it comes to dentists. They took the time to try and find my insurance information ( they didn't give up) and anytime they can calm my anxiety problems then I highly recommend . All the staff there, they were all super friendly.

I never leave public reviews but I think everyone should know of my experience before going here. This was the worst dental experience of my life (besides the dental hygienist, that's the only reason I'm giving this a 2, she was great!) I broke my wisdom tooth and needed to get it removed. I was told they could remove all 4 since they were doing just 1. Before Dr Vohra started the extraction she said the bottom ones were in pretty deep and she wasn't sure if she could get them but she would still try. If I knew then what I know now I would've just said forget it. So she does the top two which in itself was very traumatic. She didn't seem confident and seemed to get very annoyed when she wasn't successful and didn't help much with keeping me calm when I had already stated I was very nervous. She then moves to the bottom wisdom tooth and she started to aggressively pull and I had to stop her because I could feel it. She gave me more numbing medicine and immediately tried again and of course, I could still feel it. So she left for about 15 minutes came back and continued to yank on it and I had to stop her again. She seemed very frustrated and put the tools Down and essentially gave up and told me I needed surgery. My gum was so damaged from the continuous pulling and yanking that once the Novocain wore off I was in excruciating pain that didn't get better and actually turned into an infection. Now I have to pay so much more money to fix the mistakes that were made at this dental office. This could've been completely avoided if Dr Vohra didn't try to push the boundaries. I'm now being seen by an oral surgeon who said she should've never tried to extract it in the first place. I will never come back to this office.

Kind of felt like I was sitting through a timeshare tbh. They are kind of pushy on trying to to get more done than. You can afford at the moment. I'm giving five stars because even though I told the I'm only wanted two of the six teeth pulled and the were pushing for me to get all six pulled today they were fast at getting me in and affordable. I unfortunately couldn't understand anything the doctor said because I have a very hard time hearing but she seems friendly enough. Everyone was polite. The only issue I had was with talking about billing at the front desk. They were polite just not really understanding that I know what I wanted them to do and plan on getting what needs to be done and not what they kept trying to shove at me. All in all unfortunately this is the best dentist office I've ever been to they definitely give you first class treatment!

My 1st visit at Aspen Dental was impressive. The staff was friendly and professional. The exam was thorough. Everyone explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. The images of my teeth were helpful as the hygienist and dentist explained what needed to be done. I am looking forward to working with them on my treatment plan

Would never recommend. They'll lie through their teeth to get you to do the utmost, but disappear on you as soon as you need warranty help or want to utilize their 90 day guarantee, and then they'll send you to collection with no notice. They don't follow state mandated requirements of their practice. When getting my last partial made, the girl doing the impressions was playing with the excess molding compound in my mouth and wiping it on the bib and my shirt. So many times during this process I didn't want to go back, and I should have listened instead of letting myself be led along by them. Now I'm on the hook for a new upper plate that they took from me but never refunded me for, and sent me to collections over. Avoid at all costs.

Wow!! Not sure if it's because I'm from out of town or what the deal was. I got there early to fill out paperwork, was called before done and before appointment so no big deal, they took the next person. I finished up and waited, thinking I would be next. But 15 minutes after my appointment they took a man that was early and just left me sitting there. They canceled my appointment time because I wasn't finished with the paper work at 2:53 with an appointment time of 3:00. Talk about rude!!!

Made a appt for a check up and a cleaning (I make sure to get my cleaning every 6months) went to the off to fill out paper work even tho I filled it out online already. Took 3 different types X-rays didn't understand that they just wanted more money then the dental hygienist that seen me was measuring my gums she was literally picking at them so hard trying to make them bleed then had the nerves to say that I have gingivitis without taking any samples of my gums like a normal dentist office would mind this I didn't have any gum problems never had gingnchivitis have always Took good care of my teeth but after the appointment my gums hurt so bad then she had the nerves to tell me how many times do you brush your teeth and how many times do you floss like she was saying I don't brush my teeth at all then I thought I was going to get a teeth cleaning that same day nope I had to schedule it for a different day make no sense at all then she was trying to get me to get one of their expensive tooth brush knowing dang well my insurance wasn't going to cover that after she recommend me to use Electric one saying I would just buy one at Walmart I went to talk to the schedule person for my cleaning and they wanted me to schedule an appointment for me to get my gums deep cleaned and I have read some reviews about this dentist office and other people have said they were trying to get them to do the deep gum cleaning too then on top of that they wanted me to make another appointment for another cleaning so the cost came out to about $500 no payment plans or nothing I had to pay that amount before I could make any appointments for cleaning I will not be returning sound like this is a Con artist dental office if I was you I wouldn't even think about going something kept telling me not to make appt with them ! 0 stars Update just read another review from a few years ago and somebody else said that they was basically picking at their gums to make them believe then had the nerve to say that they have gingivitis muhm and Aspen dental please don't comment under my comment trying to apologize no need to already know you are a con artist

If I could give them a zero I would. Predatory practice, pushing and pushing for extra despite your reasons for not choosing to do something. Apparently they don't need to follow state mandated practices required for dentistry. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, even if I despised them. Poor quality dentures, lab techs and dentists that will lie through their teeth to get you to take an inferior product and then refuse to honor that guarantee on their work, and dentists who will cheerfully try and convince you to do the most expensive, invasive route of treatment even when you tell them no.
