Wonderful Staff and a great environment. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and made me feel comfortable during my visit. They helped me figure out financing that is allowing me to fix my teeth and my dental hygienist and dentist did a wonderful job of going over everything with me. It didn't feel long and dragged out like other appointments have at other places. All around great environment, great staff and will be my new dentist for years to come.

The Whole experience at the FOREST LAKE ASPEN DENTAL was awesome. Straight Forward, transparent, informative and very detailed. This is the way a customer experience should be. Staff was friendly and compassionate. The Dentist was patient with his patient, and they made sure I knew all the details of every step of my journey towards recovering my oral health for the better. Nothing like walking into a place you have never been, and being treated like Royalty. I would absolutely recommend Forest Lake Aspen Dental

They were very nice. The Dentist was very thorough and kind to his patients and staff; appreciating them for their hard work. My only issue is I would have preferred my cleaning the same day instead of getting a quote for Invisalign and needing to go back for what I originally wanted. Not sure what that was about. Probably won't go back though.

Front desk was very welcoming, Dental Assistant Amanda was great with X-Rays and making sure I was comfortable! She also did a 3D scan of the inside of my mouth, which I'm not sure I needed to see! (I've had a lot of work.) The hygenist, whose name escapes me, was also very pleasant and professional as she measured my gums and such.They have all the state-of -the-art equipment so Dr. Tran could could help me make an informed decision on my treatment plan. Then office-manager Tony was very helpful and specific on what my plan would cost. Overall a very pleasant experience!

The visit I had with Aspen is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. Everyone is friendly from the receptionist, dental technician, hygienist to the dentist. Very kind and compassionate group of people. I also was impressed with the equipment. It was incredible! Totally professional staff with a hometown comfort. Everyone was perfectly trained and efficient.

Was a little hard getting in even though I had a broken tooth - but they did get me in within the hour the staff and dentist were all great once there and completely satisfied.

What a terrible experience. I just wanted my cleaning and xrays. Not to have Invisalign thrown at me with a video. Then to find I had to make another appointment for a clean. Waste of my time.

First Appointment at Aspen Dental in Forest Lake, Extremely Impressed with Everyone at This Location !! Starting to try to find a new dentist after over 12 plus years at our other dentist who quit accepting our dental insurance was tedious, called multiple other facilities and Aspen Dental in Forest Lake was the absolute best: best scheduling, best and quickest response for all questions from insurance to procedures, extremely friendly, caring, informative, all around ... wish they would have been my first call!
