From the very beginning of requesting an appointment to walking out the door, it is one of the best experiences I have had. 7 My dentist I was seeing couldn't give me an emergency appointment until 10 Nov. I politely told them I would have to find another dentist. NO customer service. The team in Foley is a great asset to Aspen Dental !! Please recognize and compensate for Dexica, Ashley, Jason and the "#1 A "Team of Jaimya D. and Dr. Riera know how to take OUTSTANDING care of a senior citizen, who is scared to go to the dentist and ask alot of questions !! I would like to request for them to take care of for every visit I have !! Thank you for saving me and putting me at ease. As we say in the Navy "Bravo Zulu"

Everyone was very nice and easy to understand. They have a great team and a good office practice of making and keeping the patient informed so there are no surprises either in cost or procedure.

Very clean & nice environment. Everyone was very nice. Over all I think this place is design to take advantage of people in need. The loan company they use has a very high interest rate. Single mom I have a bad tooth & I'm sure I'm not even going to be able to afford to fix it. Single mom or not the prices are high. Take this information as you well. I would use this place as a last resort.

Do not go to Aspen Dental! They will overcharge you for work you do not need! They are very rude! The doctor nor the hygienist did a thorough exam on me they saw me for less than 5 minutes each. They wanted to charge me $250 just to have my teeth cleaned when I have dental insurance and they wanted me to come back in two separate visits to do that. This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to!

THE CAR DEALERSHIP of CORPORATE CHAIN DENTISTRY! Be prepared for full-on gimmicks on your first visit! Before I start my complaints, I would like to say that the office staff is VERY kind and professional, but I will never return to any Aspen Dental. To start with, I called the appointment line as a new patient to schedule my routine exam and cleaning. This call center rep never once explained to me anything about how my appointment would actually go (total mismanaged expectations). A few days later I get a welcome email and from that I learned that my first appointment would NOT be a cleaning, but rather Xrays and a consultation. Now I see why they scheme it up in this order. They will get paid by my insurance for the Xrays at least since I will not be returning. After having the consultation with the rest of the office pros my visit ended with a "sit-down" review with the office manager who reviewed my "treatment plan". Felt just like sitting at the car dealership listening to a finance crook. Has all the pricing and codes already printed out. I am not saying that the prices provided weren't competitive, but I am saying that I do not believe that everything presented was even remotely necessary. I have good insurance and this corporate model scheme is seeking the almighty dollar from my personal pocket on top of my good insurance plan. I am sure they are convinced otherwise, but do yourself a favor and find a small local dentist. I do not trust how Aspen Dental does business at all and it was a complete waste of my time by the end of the day. I had a bad feeling about this place from the beginning, but I gave it a try because they offered appointments for late afternoon and even one Saturday a month. The office is clean and nice overall, but the seating in the lobby is pretty gross. The seating surfaces on every chair just looks dirty. It is worn, cracked, and peeling fake leather and just doesn't look clean or maintained. I was really looking forward to being a patient here just for the staff alone, but this corporate chain business model is a complete rip off and gimmick and I am not about to pay out of my pocket almost $800 for "deep cleaning" when I have great insurance. Also to note, since they "recommend" this over-priced deep cleaning, they also refuse to provide a basic cleaning. So you are forced to play along or you are refused any services, even if you only want or can only afford a basic cleaning. So I guess no cleaning at all seems logical to them?

Where to start? When making appointments online, the system can glitch and alter your appointment date. Okay, things happen. The folks at the office, are not friendly and when I've called in, they are incredibly rude. For an adults first visit, it's free. For a child's first visit is cost $189. Fun little surprise. My son didn't like the care he received and said everyone was rushed and running around. The hygienist scratched his gums and he had two sores the next day that lasted for nearly a week. Never ever will we go there again or recommend anyone else does.

PATIENT BEWARE. They're salesman, not heathcare providers. I went in today with a severely broken tooth and pain. Was told I need a $350 out of pocket cleaning (after insurance) and "possibly two more office visits" before they can extract the broken tooth. Left with the tooth still broken, no relief and back to square one.
