I made two trips, first day internet and phones shut down. Second trip, they took my X rays; then due to stress, extreme pain, lack of sleep BP was high. I was sent on my way with a copy of my X rays, and a referral to a dental surgeon that is outside my insurance network. So I had to find one of my own. Nothing for the pain. I felt very disappointed and rejected.

Where do I begin...I guess I will begin at the beginning...well...I'm not one to neglect my dental hygiene..I have always been up to date with taking care of my teeth...I was a caregiver to my mom for 10 years while she battled Lewey Body Dementia with Parkinson's Disease along with hullicinating episodes on and off...My precious mother passed away last year (2021)..after losing her my health has been AWFUL...starting with my teeth ..I had been away from my long time dentist of 30 years for 3 years and tried to call him to get help with a tooth that had a filling come out of it and it had excruciating sharp pain coming through everyday....I couldn't take another pain pill or use another tube of gels from the stores...I found he had RETIRED!!!! OMG I didn't know what to do or who to trust or where to go...I was devastated...I thought of this newly looking dental place in my neighborhood and thought I would try it...I was extremely overwhelmed with anxiety and scared out of my mind as to what was going to happen...I called and experienced a very kind and sweet compassionate lady who took all my information down and who allowed me to talk about my feelings about coming and about losing my mother...I want her to be acknowledged because she was the FIRST person representing ASPEN DENTAL and she made me want to come....HER NAME WAS GINA!!!!! My second greatest experience was with who I am calling my DREAM TEAM that was assigned to me...Their names were Dr. Marcel Kroni and their hygienist Georgia and their assistant Diontae and their Financial Person Brianna a/k/a Bri...They took GREAT care of me and were totally professional and very kind to me especially when I experienced a moment with seeing my mother come through and cried a spell...Dr. Kroni was so understanding with me and totally compassionate and he's not hard on the eyes (if you know what I mean)...I had a GREAT experience with them all...the staff there were nice and some girl from their staff I wish I knew her name had poked her head in the room I was in and told them (they had better take good care of me)....I felt special like a celebrity of some type...I think I have found my new home for dentistry....

As soon as I walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 9am and I got there before 8:30 and was actually seen earlier then expected. And again everyone I encountered had great attitudes and made my visit enjoyable given the circumstances.

I had waited for my appointment for more than a month. The day of the appointment they said I never confirmed and so I was removed from the schedule I confirmed twice on a recorded line and with a live person( she was able to see in the computer that I had spoke to Diedra). I was asked to wait for 10 minutes to see if they could fit me in( of course they couldn't) Aspen wasted my time I could have made an appointment elsewhere. The lady at the desk offered to reschedule me of course that answer was a no for me if they can't get my appointment right they might not get my teeth right......... Irritating is an understatement!!!!!

Everyone at Aspen Dental were very nice and welcoming. Cherish was amazing and did a fantastic job on my oral examination. She is very knowledgeable about the job and takes pride in what she does. She is truly The Tooth Fairy. I would recommend everyone I know to Aspen Dental.

Don't expect to ever have your apt start on time. One time I showed up and the doors were locked. I waited. 20min later they unlocked it. Me and another lady stood up front yelling and eventually went to the back and found them ourselves. We were told they were closed. Didn't make sense because I had an apt that now I was late for. VERY unprofessional. Theyre money grabbers at best. I wish I could post the video here because it's great. Also if you were the woman with me this day I have video of the staff talking I'll of you if you'd like it. Since they refuse to fix my bill I figure I'll help you out.

Dr. Husham Aswad and assistant the tooth fairly was very patient with me. I was so nervous it's the 3rd day not in pain just a lil swollen but all good... thank you

The visit was different for me. I had been going to a typical dentist for many years. So this was a much larger practice however very organized. For several months I have had much discomfort & pain in my neck & L ear at times. My doctor saw nothing in my ear and the other dentist said nothing. Here they found an abscess in a molar root area where an old root canal had been done. They gave me an antibiotic and after 2days of it I felt better.

Had an appointment on July 6, 2022 but when I went they said no appointment, they have one less hygienist, but no one contacted me to change it. Went August 31, 2022 for 9:00am appointment and they said it was for 10:00am to come back. I had the card saying 9:00am but had to come back. Disappointed with them keeping their appointments. They raised their prices for cleaning.
