Rigoberto & laura & lisset & Irene & Dr. Cumplido they were very nice they were very friendly I would always recommend that someone come here they made me laugh even when I came into the dentist sad and didn't know what to do because I was sudden so much pain with my teeth they made me laugh told me to take deep breath I didn't gag or anything for air they were so amazing and so much more I would recommend everyone and anyone to come to this dentist today was my first day here and it was so amazing of a challenge all staff members were very friendly and laughable kept Smiles on their face and also Champs pf the world to me kept a smile on my face I had such an amazing time don't want to go home but I got to go home to my kids and now I am leaving here very satisfied.... very awesome staff they help each other out they move pretty fast everything satisfaction

The entire staff was amazing, very informative, very compassionate and understanding as i experience extreme dental anxiety, the dr and office manager took time to explain my condition and different treatment options and my financial Situation! The entire team was so accommodating to my anxiety, bear bedside manner by entire staff! Highly recommend and feel like they truly care for their patients

Had an emergency procedure that had to get taken care of. I got really lucky and went there on the day that Dr. Blakeley is in for endodontic work. She did a fantastic job on my root canal and I could tell she was physically tired by working on my difficult tooth. Dr Cumplido gave me a consultation on what he thought I should do with my tooth and after the root canal success we immediately put on the temporary crown even though it was such the entire process took a long part of the day. Fantastic work all around. I could be happier with my new dentist and endodontist! Thanks to the whole staff that did their best to make a truly painful experience so completely relieved at the end of the day. George

Walked into the office in pain and wishing to get the smile back with confidence I once had was met with understanding, care, smiles all around and an excellent staff ... Dr. Cumplido from start to finish, his chair side manner along with entire staff were comforting.. Although my dental work was extensive, it was simply explained along with my options and cost .. Nothing hidden, very upfront and get on with it .. Appointments easily made to fit my schedule and always on time ... Well done to all of you!! ... Thanks for the smile .. Dan R.

I want to thank God for Dr Farid Cumplido from Aspen dental I'm so grateful that I went to the dental office where he made me feel so comfortable and he has so much positive energy in him I knew that I was in the right hands he I came in with so much pain in my mouth my wisdom 4 teeth was hurting me they took x-rays and the staff was so amazing and gentle with me The doctor took my tooth out and he was really good at it I'm so thankful that I will have no more pain because of the tooth that was taken out thank you to all the stuff that was there to take of me and to the doctor also I'm so grateful that I went there for help and he gave me the help that I needed God bless you all I recommend anybody to go there you are in good hands I am a witness .

doctor Farid Cumplido did an awesome job and was super nice and the nurse They were all super nice i came in with a bad pain and he took really good care of me I wold recommend Farid Cumplido to anyone thank you so much Aspen Dental

I went for my first visit and everyone was friendly. The office was clean. I didn't have to wait. The hygienist told me that I have gingivitis and she told me in detail how she would fix it. I finally found out the cause of my sensitivity after many years. My other dentist never once recommended treating my gingivitis and she could not figure out the reason for my sensitivity.

Overcharged for unnecessary procedures. Always get a second opinion, these people will try to have you pay thousands of dollars for nothing. Be careful.

I have an extraction that has to come out ASAP and of course I have a ton of work that is needed which is my plan to work on as soon as I'm able I'm disappointed that Aspen Dental did not want to help me unless I paid over $16,000 of all the other work they added I have insurance but of course it's not enough so I would have to come out of pocket thousands I did like the office but unfortunately I could never be a patient now

By far the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. I've had problem with my teeth and oral health for years and this is the first time I got a plan to fix the issue. The staff at aspen worked with me every step of the way. I recommend aspen dental as much as possible especially the Florida city location.

The staff is very friendly and on top of checking you in, not a long wait at maybe 5 minutes. There is also one person there that is super great, her name is Laura and she works at the Florida City office, she is so concederat, she makes sure on how you are feeling and very patient! She is just all around wonderful!!
