A year ago had a full set of dentures done, had some issues but they were resolved. Last night eating dinner top denture breaks in two pieces! This an emergency to me! Call today to get a appointment to get it fix or replaced. So the appointment I get is December 20th!! 2 months away. This is their emergency service?? My last set of dentures I had 12 YEARS and never did they break! This place just wants your money but the service is terrible!

They don't even deserve one star. Very unprofessional group of crooks that will quote you a price, scam you into taking out care credit to pay for it, then send you bills before they even complete the work you were quoted for and paid for. I wouldn't let these people clean my dog's teeth. The dentist was very rude and nasty to my autistic son.

It is always a wonderful experience to visit with Dr. Graham and the staff. I feel right at home. Their hospitality is heartfelt. They provide the most exceptional service and I am completely satisfied with everything from start to finish! I have the most amazing smile .... now! God bless!

My review is about a job interview! I applied for Front desk receptionist position at your Florence SC location because it's within my transportation commute. I had an interview 4/12 with Kaite the new office manager. I informed her I had to leave to a job last year due to the fact of my family only having one car and they require traveling up to an hour or more away twice a week or more and that wasn't feasible for my family. After discussing the responsibilities and my organization skills and touching base on my Medical Administrative Assistant course that I'd taken completed and passed, she then informed that after this week she would be the only person working and wouldn't be able to train and then said it'd be expected for me to drive to either Camden or Sumter. I'm sorry that's not in the job description nor is that fair when I specifically applied for the position in Florence because I knew I'd definitely be able to make that commute. The fact I seen how short staffed Florence is today due to it being Katie and one other receptionist and my interview was at 2:30 I arrived at 2:20 and didn't get to go back for the interview until 2:45 is just sad and I can't imagine the wait for patients. When you apply for a specific location and it says nothing about traveling to other locations that's unacceptable. Especially 40/50 miles away from my location. As corporate why is it not common to send employees to help train new help instead of expecting people to drive that far just to be trained when they applied to the local and convient location? And it's not good management to complain about it being just her and her not having time to train new help so she prefers to send you to other locations that's well without your commute limits. I've tried calling corporate and email to no avail to speak to higher management regarding this because that is not professional.

After scheduling me out 5 months I show up 15 minutes early to my appointment. I had to leave after an hour of sitting there listening to them tell everyone "the front desk girl isn't here just sign in and someone will be with you." Why set appointments if you are so short staffed? Why email 3 times and call to confirm my appointment to just have me show up sign a blank piece of paper and sit there for over an hour with no communication? ABSOLUTE DISRESPECT AND WASTE OF MY TIME!

I had a great visit here. From the receptionist to the dentist everyone was very nice. I was able to get in for a walk in appointment and they were able to fix my cracked filling. The building and bathroom were clean as well which is always a big plus :) I would recommend this place highly

My experience with Aspen dental is the work is there a really nice but when it comes down to them charging your bill that's another story I'm not satisfied with the way my bill was done the overcharge for things that they did. I had six tooth pull. But the dentist was not in my network, So my insurance would not pay . They tried to charge that to me but I told them that was your fault. They didn't check, they made a mistake again when there was some bone left in my mouth. She had to cut it out and get it but they charged it to me also ,which it wasn't my mistake that the person they had working for them did not know how to pull a tooth out and then he was not in my net work.

The office is not very clean. The carpet is old and dirty along with the walls and dental chairs. The young lady taking my X-rays put her hand in my mouth using the same gloves for everything. The waiting room is not inviting.

The worst dentist office I have ever been in .. in my Life ! the worst service Ever ! I sat for hours just to be Seen finally got to the x-ray room where I couldn't get my nose ring out & I was told I could go get it out and come right back the lady that does the x-rays attitude was terrible. I went to get it out and came back as I was told I could do still waited for hours while waiting the staff did their best to make sure they ignored me the whole time and got every customer before me . One employee did try to help but she was told I was there before by the same rude X-Ray lady to get everybody in front of me the worst experience ever if I could give 0 stars I would . If it was up to me it should be shut down worst service I ever experienced a complete waste of time and my day . I ended up leaving totally disgusted and disappointed.

Getting this office to file an insurance claim is like trying to pull teeth, literally. They are short staffed (not the fault of the patient but you'd never know that as they treat patients as less than zero). Their staff is rude (Ashley) and they could use some good customer care training. Contacting them is only possible by calling their corporate customer care line and complaining. To be fair, their corporate staff is kind and helpful, but the local staff needs a lot of work. Their fees are astronomical, but I'd be willing to be more interested in having them improve their social skills. They won't be around long if this is their approach to treatment of the patients who pay their salaries. If I could give minus stars, I would. If they make this right by filing the claim, I will edit my review to reflect that action.
