A bait and switch organization that had no intent of providing same day service and then has the nerve to bill us for the x- rays that were advertised as being free!!!

This place is awful. I'd give zero stars if possible. Cancelled my appointment as soon as saw what you will see in the picture. I knew my husband was onto something when he said to me (before the appointment) "well just get an idea of the costs and then go somewhere else) - passive aggressive tone from receptionist, who copped an attitude when I asked her to give me back my id cards - ZERO privacy. None of the rooms I saw have doors on them, windows to patient rooms have no blinds on them. - DIRTY and disgusting. There were bits laying on a wooden table, that were going to be put in my mouth. The girl with almost zero personality said "they were sterilized" only after I asked why they looked like that. She then said "they're reusable parts".

2nd time there and I couldn't be more happy with staff and doctor. I highly recommend Sara Carver. If there was a option for 10 stars I would give it.

It was a very warm and inviting environment. All the staff is great with children. I brought my 6 year old daughter to my appointment and the staff talked to her sang songs with her gave her paper and pens to color. We both had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental

Had this appointment for a month with everything telling me to schedule online, confirmed my appointment in an email. Got a call the Friday before my Monday at 11 am telling me I needed a verbal confirmation to keep my appointment, when they close at 1 that day and are not open on the weekend. Call Monday morning to confirm my appointment and am told that my appointment was cancelled. Not a very good system and very frustrating

I think the staff is great.. however, I am supposed to be getting deep cleanings done every 6 wks or so and for some reason, they keep rescheduling me , so I keep rescheduling, this has happened at least 4 times, I make arrangements for work to make exceptions, then I get cancelled again. Very annoying!! Sad face!

I had tried to schedule an appointment ND the next appointment they had was Oct 14th in East Gate so I took it and the nice lady on the phone told me that if my pain became unbearable I could go to the office as a walk in and see if they could accommodate me. The next day my pain was excruciating ND I couldn't even sleep the night before so I went to the Florence location to see if they could fit me in as a walk in and I could see they were very busy but the Dr said she could do an exam but she had 2 surgeries and depending on how long those took would determine whether or not she would be able to do my extraction! They took x-rays and unfortunately my tooth was infected so she couldn't do the extraction anyway due to the infection not allowing me to be numbed properly so she gave me an antibiotic to kill the infection and scheduled me for the following week. I'm very grateful that they even took the time to do the x-rays and exam and gave me antibiotics because a lot of the pain has already subsided! They are very accommodating and caring and I am very glad I chose to go to Aspen Dental.

No judgement from all staff! They took me right away as a walk-in and I truly was grateful! Otherwise, my appt was over a month out! I am a smoker, so I really hate going to dentist. None of the staff, including the dentist lectured me or judged me. They took care of me! My insurance covered everything! This is the place to go, especially if you have an emergency dental issue!

When I made the appointment I was told that my insurance was good. Also, the website states that. However, the day of the appointment I was told that my insurance was not accepted. Thank You Aspen Dental for wasting my time for no reason.

Went to Aspen Dental- Florence location for broken tooth which has been causing a lot of pain. My normal dentist was on vacation and I didn't want to wait another couple weeks to have tooth looked at..This was the best decision I could have made. From the time I walked in the door everyone was so helpful and kind. The dentist was amazing and we took care of the tooth extraction while in the office. My appointment could not have went any smoother and I will definitely go back for my routine visits. I now have a new dentist and will continue to go to Aspen Dental.

Wait time is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Our appt was at 3 and by 4:30 we were still waiting in a freezing room. Sadly we're new clients and have to say my daughter's appt had a very similar wait time. Not impressed at all.

Most unprofessional Dentist office I have seen. Waited 2 hours even after having an appointment. When dentist came in no apologies instead he was rudest and ask me if I want to be seen elsewhere. What a way of treating people! He should learn manner before even become a dentist.

I just wanted to come here and leave a review because I see a lot of negative reviews! This dentist office has been nothing but great to me! Anytime I need something done or have questions everyone has been so helpful! Everyone here has been so nice and polite! Especially with me!! I do have a hard time contacting them by phone but I stop by their office I get right in or get an appointment made. I highly recommend the Florence Aspen office! I'm so confident in my smile now and absolutely love the work I had done.

They do NOT take walk ins and emergencies as they indicate. I have a broken infected tooth and am told I need to wait a month to be seen. When asking about their emergency services I was told "sometimes maybe in the mornings or after lunch maybe. You would just need to stop by each morning when we open to check". That is NOT emergencies and walk ins welcome.
