If i could give them 0 stars I would. I have had nothing but problems with them since I started my journey with them. The last straw was finding out that I couldn't pick my own colors for my dentures. They just decided to pick them for me and they don't match my uppers. I'm just going to find an attorney at this point.

This place is a SCAM they told me I needed a root canal along with several other procedures and my plan of care was going to be over 5000. I went to Florence Family Dental and saw Dr Klyne Fawcett he was able to fix my tooth and I didn't even need a root canal. Aspen also charged my card for over $400 and didn't do any work on my mouth. Don't waste your money at Aspen!!!! If you need work done go see Dr. Klyne at Florence Family Dental on Helton drive.

Care plan done and 2nd appointment set very nice helpful caring people but I had a question about sedation so I called next day cause I'm extremely phobic about needles and can't stand the fact they're going in my mouth I have severe anxiety but not impressed with receptionist response it's Ben 2 days now I'm still waiting for her call back with an answer

My rating is a -5. Dont go here!!!!! I tried to get dentures. Today, a couple of days short of a month, still no dentures. I was told we would have to start over, leading to adding another 4 weeks until i got teeth for a total of 2 months. I asked and they agreed to a refund. Of course it will take 2+ weeks to get my money back.. So I'm left with no dentures and no money to buy some. I'll update in 2 weeks. If I was told the truth it will be over. I'll add to this either way.

For the past two weeks I've had my daughter an appointment, and the night before her appointment they call to tell me they have to reschedule. Because they are short a dental assistant. The first time I can understand that, but the second time is ridiculous. Don't waste your time with this place!!!

I had a very good experience, they were nice and treated me very nicely. Although I was scared they were very patient with me and explained everything to me .

Wow! GREAT experience with initial consultation free! Got together everything I needed. Treatment info and a great payment option. Impressed with the knowledge of the staff as well as the thorough examination. I highly recommend using these folks when needed

Seriously some of the most friendly people! Everyone, from the dental assistant to the dentist to the hygienist to the office manager, made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was super helpful and kind. I would recommend this office to everyone.

I am very pleased with the quality of care that the dentist provided me at Aspen Dental. The entire dental team was amazing at making me feel at home! I will definitely go back when I need dental work done.

This is the only aspen dental office i will be going to from here on out. Their team is so amazing. I was really nervous about using this company because of all the reviews on google, especially for the athens location. The team makes up for it though, they are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. That made me feel so much better about being there just in general. I still cried the whole appointment bc i have very high anxiety at the dentist, but Amanda (dental hygienist) was so sweet to me and made me feel a lot better!! I also really appreciated John (office manager) giving me all the hugs to make me feel better about my situation and giving me hope that my smile would be back to normal in no time. I go in again this morning for my first special cleaning and for the first time ever i am actually excited to go to the dentist. They really go above and beyond to make sure your visit is as comfortable & affordable as possible. This office is somethin special.

Shoutout to Amanda McClure, RDH! The whole team was great, everyone explained all the processes, and I felt at ease. I get quite nervous when I have to go to the dentist, and the Aspen team was very kind and helped me through a rough spot. I would definitely recommend this place if you've been not-so-great at dental health and you want to get things back in order. I hadn't been to a dentist in forever, and not one person made me feel bad about that. They just wanted to help me get up to speed and back in good shape. I wasn't the only one there who hadn't been to the dentist regularly, and they didn't make that person feel bad either. I got free x-rays and an examination (I think every new patient gets that). They mapped out a care plan, and John went above and beyond to give me payment options for the cleaning and filling I needed. No judgement, just information. If you haven't been going to the dentist as much as you should, (or just want a great dentist experience) give these folks a try! I'm super glad I did. EDIT: Reading back through what I wrote, I sound like a paid shill. But if you had been there next to me while all that was going on, you would agree that I was being honest.
