Everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable. I was getting a deep cleaning due to a gum infection I had and was pretty nervous about the procedure and the cost, but I was approved through their care program which gave me even further peace of mind knowing I didn't have to pay a big lump sum at once.

I was very pleased with the care I got at Aspen Dental. They're always so nice an will help in any way they can. An the dentist was a very nice gentleman.finally sumone who actually cares about the patients.an I so appreciate that so very much an the werevthe cheapest for what I needed. Every possible billing code they can hit you with they will. I was billed for services that were never provided and now have debt collectors blowing up my phone. When trying to call the office and correct the bill they were not helpful at all.

Went in for a denture cleaning and realignment, realignment went well dentures are a little bit better but the original thing I went in there to do was to get my dentures cleaned. They never cleaned them.

They were so awesome with treating my 9yr old and were so accommodating with me since I had to bring my 1yr old to the appointment with us as well. They got a treatment plan together and explained everything to both me and my child.

I called them a day prior from my appointment and when I arrived no one scheduled and I was told on the phone I had a set appointment... I had to wait over an hour

My appointment today was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I have a lot of dental work I need to get done and my last dentist was very rude and unkind. I couldn't find a dentist in the area that accepts my insurance so I decided to give Aspen Dental in Flint a try even though I will have to pay cash. Everyone is very kind and they really care. They do not accept my dental insurance but I will continue to use this office from now on and pay out of pocket because they are so wonderful. I am recommending to everyone from now on. If you have had bad experiences with dentists in the past or have a fear of the dentist, please give this one a try. They are truly amazing.

I read lots of people saying the prices are high or "everything is added to the bill". I see it differently, do you want the top tier oral health or just good enough? You get what you pay for. I've been to a few different dental offices in Flint and none were as informative or helpful as Aspen was today. Also, the other offices I've been to did not provide an itemized list like Aspen does. That is why you are seeing more stuff, they aren't just generalizing the bill. I was able to learn all the issues and have my pain addressed and was always asked if I have any questions or concerns. I was able to get a very fair financing plan and I'll be coming back shortly to have my wisdom extractions completed. If you want cheap there are places but do not expect to be comfortable or have a person that actually cares about your overall dental health like Aspen Dental seems to.

Thus is the first dental chair I've been in and didn't cry the staff is amazing and made me feel soooo comfortable!!! Thx Dr., Melissa, Alice, and Kelly and the receptionist keep up the awesome team work !!! Can't wait to see my Perfect smile

I would recommend that if you are having any issue with your teeth or dentures go to Aspen Dental on Baldwin rd. In Lake Orion. The staff is extremely pleasant and professional. They made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Thank you for everything Aspen Dental
