Had a molar start hurting while up here on vacation. Let them know I was only there for an extracting and they did an excellent job of speeding up the process. Within 30 mins, I was getting numbed and shortly after started the extraction/ bone graph. Dentist and assistants were super nice and helpful throughout the entire process.

They attempted to scam me into signing up for an "Aspen Dental Credit Card" at 29% interest. 2 Thumbs Down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone there was great! The office ladies were great; Marissa was very, very nice during the thorough imaging; the young lady with the awesome eyelashes was very informative and nice; Lindsey was as gentle as possible during my extreme teeth, gum, and root cleaning; and Dr. B. was also great! The 3D imaging is eye-opening--anyone who has ever slacked on dental care should get this done--the visual image was very motivating for me to start paying strict attention to my dental hygiene!! I want to keep these teeth for a few more decades, so today I start taking care of them to increase that possibility! I appreciated getting a same-day appointment and getting 3 follow up appointments all within just a few days. I also got an Oral-B GeniusX electric toothbrush as a lovely gift. Aspen was extremely thorough, which I appreciated, so now I have a complete picture of my dental health and treatment needs.

The window says walk-ins and emergencies welcome. I visited the Findlay location a few weeks back as a walk-in with tooth pain and they scheduled me for later in the week, no questions about pain or anything, essentially a "here, come back then". It was so nice of them to defer my pain for me. It was also so convenient in fact, that I went to local not big box dentist and got the treatment I needed that day! Thanks Aspen Dental!

We had a good experience so far and Alivia was super nice to us. After we see the oral surgeon in about two weeks for extraction we will be able to give about the actual treatment experience! So far so good!

I broke my denture and the fixed it right away. It fits even better. Everybody out there is so nice. The girls up from are amazing!!!

Best dental experience I've ever had! The staff were all knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. I'm a scaredy cat when it comes to anything dental related. They were patient and soothing. Dentist and hygienist were thorough and patient. Very affordable!

If you go here you will be screwed over. My fiance went here to get his wisdom teeth removed. They removed the first three with only local anesthetic, which they didn't even let work fully. They prescribed him no painkillers besides tylenol, and he had to ask them for antibiotics when the site started to look infected. He has now had his appointment to remove the final tooth rescheduled with no warning, after already taking time off work. They are beyond unprofessional, irresponsible, and don't care for their patients. Would not reccomend.

Hello yes i went in for a cleaning and new pt appointment. I found the way they do things annoying. I was there almost two hours for nothing but x-rays and people looking at my mouth and taking measurements. I had to schedule another apt to get my teeth cleaned. I do not have the time for this. The procedure is lengthy and unnecessary. I take care of my teeth and go to the dentist on a regular basis. I had to go to you because that is where my insurance is excepted. It is almost like they did a interview to see if they wanted me as a patient. At least that is how i felt. I will go back and get my teeth cleaned and see how i feel about continuing to use you as my provider. While I am glad the airconditioning was working it was very cold in there. Nest time I will wear my winter coat. thank you very much. and remember you asked for my opinion. Update... they cancelled my next appointment for the atual cleaning for some un known reason. Never again.

My only complaint would be waiting time. Everyone was really nice in this office. Olivia, Ally, Ambyu , Dr. B. Murselu, and Skersu. It's frustrating to find out how poorly Medicare pays on dental procedures.
