Went and got bottom teeth out.....( The last of the 7 real teeth I had) .....this was about a year ago.....they do not gas or knock you out but you get a lot of numbing meds that really work....I handled it like a trooper....got to listen to my fave music so I could rock out and relax ...dentist and nurse ( dental assistant)....were awesome they talked me thru it . I love my dentures that I have today....i would recommend Aspen to anyone...Festus location has Wonder ful staff...they will make you feel comfortable.

What a joke. If you can't handle all the patients and stay on time, you don't book so many appointments. If they can't figure that out they're not working on my teeth.

Staff is amazing! They go above and beyond! I'm 30 and needed a partial and they made sure that I was comfortable, I knew every detail about what I was getting, and took time to make sure it was affordable for me! They have great plans to help relieve the stress of paying all upfront!

They did a filling on my front tooth and it came off and looks way worse. Got the Motto (like Invisalign) and it didn't work, retainers cracked now I owe them 1200$ and have horrible numbs on my teeth they won't take off till I pay them 1200. Don't go there and don't get Motto!

Went in there for a referral so I can have surgery to remove my wisdoms, made me think they were gonna look at me and the doctor didn't have any intention of looking at me, said "I'll get you the referral" and walked out, they wasted over an hour of my time for nothing

Cancelled my appointment 2 hours before my scheduled time. I had already paid a down payment for the service. Tried to reschedule me for almost 3 weeks later. I guess the 24 hour prior notice for cancellation is only for the patients and not for the staff.

The staff is courteous, positive minded, and highly capable. The establishment is clean, comfortable, and well organized. I left happy after getting a root canal procedure, which was performed with both skill and kindness by all staff members. Good folks here, who I hope experience much success and satisfaction in their collective and individual futures. Thanks very much, y'all, for helping keep my mouth and mind happy. Definitely recommended.

Broke a tooth. Got me in within 2 hours and I'm a new patient without insurance. Excellent Care. Went back next day for extractions due to infection. Again, everything was great. Also affordable.

I felt the need to share my experience after seeing a bunch of the bad reviews. I started my journey at Aspen 3 weeks ago in extreme pain and needing a root canal. They were able to see me same day which was awesome. Even better is that I was a new patient and got all of my x rays done free! Unfortunately the first visit could of went a bit better. I left in pain with no antibiotics however I was told that the tooth itself was infected and that I needed a root canal and there was nothing they could do at the moment. I also got a price and action plan for everything I needed which I thought was nice. I did not take off any stars for leaving in pain because it wasnt the doctors fault. I could of gotten in the next day for the root canal but I couldn't afford it. Not his fault. I wish I would of gotten names but I am terrible with them. I know it wasn't dr shukla but another dentist that did my crowns today. He was amazing. He made me comfortable, joked around, and best of all he was very thorough. I mean the poor guy had to come back 3 times to help his assistant (who by the way she was amazing as well and I wish I could remember her name). I can't say enough good things about my dentist though, I will be going there to him from now on. 3 weeks later I have both of my root canals I needed and had a great experience, have my crowns getting ready and in the works to finish the rest of my dental plan. Thank you Aspen dental!

Thought for sure I'd be paying hundreds out of pocket as my insurance didn't have my kids under my dental ( gonna fix that ) ... yeah .. try 1st visit was free !!! I never have been so relieved. The exam was good and were scheduled for a cleaning the 31st for 154.00 . Not bad at all !!!!!

Grotesque is the first word that comes to mind. Every single person that I know who has been to Aspen has warned me against them, saying they're crooks. However, when you're in extreme dental pain with limited options, you're willing to try anything. Firstly, the protective vest used when getting xrays was covered in someone else's spit. I have photographs. Second, what a coincidence is it that myself, my fiance, AND my cousin for crying out loud, all received the exact same diagnoses and treatment plans- all amounting to exactly $10k? Then when I came back with an abscess (again, desperate) I was left to sit in a room for over an hour, just for a "dr" to come in and tell me he's going to take out two teeth, and that I'm "definitely going to feel it," in a sick and proud manner. Luckily I was able to find a competent Dr whom said the one from Aspen is a disgrace to the medical community and was wrong about damn near everything they said.

Dr. Shuka is amazing he answered all my questions came up with a plan that works for me after being told by another dentist nothing could be done for my top teeth ,Sam was super nice she made me feel comfortable and at home sort a speak .I recommend Aspen dental in Festus Mo whole heartedly.

Can't lie, I had some terrible anxiety going into this tooth extraction today. Taylor the assistant made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Reassuring me, small talk, and even offered to play my favorite music. The whole process from numbing my mouth, to extraction tool maybe 15min? Maybe. I didn't even know Dr. was finished until he said all finished! Didn't feel a thing. Thank you Taylor and Dr. Shukla, I really appreciate it!

Never available to do work around your schedule. Hygienist comes in when they feel like it. Now not open on Saturdays. If u want anything done here you better not have a job or a life. It's been 4 months and can't schedule a cleaning.

So I had to go in for 4 fillings and a periodontal cleaning. Jenna and Jessi were really nice and made sure I was comfortable and fully numb. They are very comfortable to be around. Dr Shukla is a very personable guy who really pays attention to detail when doing his work. I really enjoyed my experience, even though I hate the dentist!

Crooked! They did work on my son and it fell apart. They overcharged him and returned money in a check then turned around and sent a bill he was never charged straight to a bill collector. Ruin his credit just trying to get his teeth done. Crooked very crooked people. He spent 1000 of dollars there and this was what he got back a bill he paid and then they turned it over to a collector bad business to work with and then bad teeth they worked on

After getting 8 teeth pulled the Dentist really did not seem to care about the pain I was in. I called and told them that the pain meds he gave me was not working. 5 days later I am still in pain and have not had a full night's sleep.
