The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. This was my first visit and it was thorough and my treatment plan was discussed in depth. They answered any questions I had and listened to my concerns. The dentist has always given me slight anxiety but they put my mind at ease.

I'm so happy with this location on Skibo Road. Dr. Pigeon, Felicia, and staff are phenomenal. Dr. Pigeon asked how my mom's foot was, after a procedure she had. She created a customized plate, due to my mom having difficulty with getting the mold for her dentures. Super sympathetic and patient. I would recommend everyone to go to this location. Wish I could give 10 Stars

Very impressed with the personnel at the front desk . Everyone was very helpful. My dentist is Dr. Hassie who showed where my problems were. Explained in detail about my gums and teeth. The financial person was Rory who showed me the individual cost for all my work and helped me get financing. Everyone was helpful and a joy to speak to and with. I'm excited to begin my journey with your associates.

I went to Aspen (Fayetteville) on the advice of my girlfriend, who raved about their service and pricing. Upon arrival, I quickly noticed the office was neat and clean, and I was called into the back after a wait of only a few minutes. The technician and dentist were both superb. My problem was with the lady who handles the finances for the clinic. It was previously agreed by myself and the dentist that I had 2 options going forward, either replacing a small bridge or getting a partial denture, so I was a little shocked to hear that the partial would cost more than the bridge replacement. When she quoted me the prices, I asked her to repeat it just to be sure I had heard her correctly. It turned out I did. I asked her then how much out of pocket it would be after applying my dental insurance. She asked me who my insurance carrier was (it's the same one my girlfriend uses) and I told her, but instead of doing any lookups or calculations, she simply stated some insurance companies pay different amounts for different things. It was at this point I realized this lady had no desire to help me at all. Also, at no time was I asked to produce my insurance card, even after I stated I had it on me, nor were any printouts offered with price breakdowns. I was simply told I was free to leave after I stated I couldn't afford the quoted price. To summarize, my visit was exemplary until I ran into someone who wanted to quote me a verbal cash price and nothing more. 5 stars for a clean office, great technician and excellent doctor. -2 stars for the finance lady. It turned an otherwise great visit into a waste of everyone's time.

Yesterday I had two extractions done, and I was terrified due to an issue with a pervious dental office with not taking well to the numbing shots years back and I was told get it pulled or leave, This place made sure that the numbing medication would work and I was relived that I did not feel them tearing the teeth out. So I would defiantly come back.

I was so nervous about getting my teeth done but all the staff was patient and kind took their time the doctor I had Dr. chipotle he was over the top I recommend as meant to anyone who has a fear of Dental work.

It is always pleasant to go and get my dental needs taken care of. They greet you and the staff is so pleasant to communicate with you. They make you feel comfortable. They get you in and out quickly but does a wonderful work with your mouth. I am so please to have this team of dentist working with me. The first time I went it was great. I had insurance but since I retired I felt like they didn't fully explain to me. I had fore warn them I was retiring and they introduced me to the care credit card and I thought that was a good idea so I can keep all dental appointment and get my mouth fix. But when I went back the bill I thought I had paid want paid in full because I didn't no longer have insurance. They said I owe 335 more dollars. So I didn't understand stand it seeing I paid the paid before I left in the last visit. The thing is I told them not to put it the care credit card because I didn't want my payments to go up seeing that I am retired now. But when went to to the receptionist she said it was taken care of. So I walked out thinking the last time I was right until I got home and seen she did what I told her not to do. I would have paid with my debt card. I thought that undermined me. I call her back told her I told her not to and she told me to come back in and she will credit it back to the card and I call the card people and told them what happened. I sign a paper when I got there I asked her was that for the bill she said no and God is my witness because I want going to sign it. She say it was a paper to see the dentist. I felt I was undermined. Other that the dentist does a great job. I recommend the dentist not so much the receptionist that handles my case. Let me decide how I want to pay my bill. I have no problem paying for what I want. I am valuable.

Very pleased with Aspen Dental and their staff. I had a serious pain from my wisdom teeth that put me out of work thankfully I found aspen dental and they were able to schedule me in the very next day to get evaluated within 3 days they were able to schedule me back to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Everyone from front desk to the staff in the back were professional and made me feel comfortable.

Great dental visit, I have had the misfortune to need dental care in the past. It one of the most costly types of care even with good insurance. The cost is through the roof and they tend to be rude too. Aspen dental was one of the most relaxing, and pleasant encounter. The staff starting with the receptionist down to the dentist were so professional and nice. They were very knowledgeable, offered multiple options because they are a one-stop shop. I will be going there from now on. I had my mouth checked for cancer, had my teeth cleaned, x-rays, and a 3D image of my entire mouth. I left the office, fully empowered to make some choices about future dental care. The prices were beyond reasonable.
