The service is lacking. I was given an estimate during my consultation and started the recommended treatment plan. Unfortunately nothing has gone as planned it's been very difficult to understand what is being done and when. Grateful I chose not to pay for my procedures in advance because I'd be livid at this point. Unreliable. After different services I was never given follow up instructions or an explanation of what's been done and what to expect.

I found Aspen Dental of Fayetteville to be a excellent place to receive the Dental courtesy and professionalism that I wanted. From the front desk with paperwork orientation, to the fabulous Dental assistant Crystal, who explained the process thoroughly and Bri, the office manager who was able to assist me in getting financial assistance. This has been a class act operation....Glad this is my office for my dental needs!!!

Omg!!! I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the lobby. The dr and his staff are amazing. They take the time to explain what steps they're taking and break it down so you understand fully. Everyone here was extremely pleasant! Hands down they have the BEST drs office I've been too in a while! I wish them much success.

I know the Dentist does not know each patient personally but after leaving from my last visit I was absolutely crushed, when I got home I just burst into tears! Having just become a widow, now experiencing health issue to be tolerated with such harchness told all your teeth needs to come out! Left with no options ,told you can't get a partial told with no empathy no care it shook me up. The commercials are very misleading. I'm not saying that everyone is the same there were a few nice people there the Dentist is good just don't know how to talk to you in a better way. I didn't like it and I'll tell him that

Great service before even being seen yet. Ms. Brittany has a great attitude she's very very knowledgeable of the procedure and process. She speaks to you with understanding above great customer service. She completely sold me on giving Aspen dental my business. Thanks

One of the best dentists I've seen!! He was informative and gentle. The DA/front desk associates were pleasant also, which is hard to come by. I'd definitely recommend this location.

This place was amazing Everyone was nice and empathetic. I'm really afraid of dentist, Dr Oh, Angel and a few others that I don't remember their names were welcoming. Everything was explained and even asked if I understood/had any questions. Highly recommended

My experience was wonderful. I walked in to see if I could get a tooth extraction and they were able to get me in the very next day. Everyone was friendly and professional. Fayetteville location.
