Wait time is INSANE, my aunt went in for an 8 am appt and was there til 12:30 and my gma was 12 noon and was expected to wait another two hours AFTER they got her to the back and she is 95 yrs old, a 10 am appt was there and still waiting when we finally walked out at 1:20 and that was for them to replace a filling they had done the week before that it fallen out the very same night and then they say they're short staffed. Well if they're short staffed, don't you think they would cut the patient load in half as a courtesy to the patients waiting but no they don't. On top of that the dentist working there is the one that was fired from st gen, due to a variety of reason including poor quality and horrible customer service but was hired right into Aspen, yay go you guys

All I can say is I'm a big baby when it comes to dental work, but they are a professional at Aspen they work with you always encouraging they even gave me a pacifier LOL but overall they were great and I would recommend them to anyone else they even work with you financially I've sent a couple people their way and they've helped them out a great deal so go Aspen my kind of dentist

Hands down the worst! If I could give no star's I would. Save yourself the hassle and pain and go ANYWHERE else. *UPDATE* I just found out they are also defrauding the insurance companies as well. They charged my insurance for a permanent partial that they never made! They won't refund it to the insurance company. Now I have no teeth and I have to wait 5 years before my insurance company will pay for it again. Please don't make the mistake of dealing with these people.

Don't schedule 9 people at 9am on a Monday. Appt at 9am and still in the waiting room at 10am. Rescheduled but should have just waited another hour or 2 to get my teeth cleaned. If you can't get people in at the time you schedule them. Then don't schedule them!

I had an appointmentTo have two crowns replaced from a previous dentist. They canceled and asked me to call to reschedule. I left 3 messages. No response. You can't get them to answer a phone. This was going to be a very expensive procedure for me. I was going to pay up front. No customer service.I am glad that I found out in advance before I had this done. I can't trust them. If I had issues I would not be able to contact anyone. This is the worst experience ever. I will find a Real Dentist. 0 stars They are Worthless.

Why can't anyone answer the phone. I've called multiple times and get a recording saying we should call back during regular office hours. The last two times I've called it was 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. That seems to be regular office hours.

The hygienist is excellent! She made me feel very comfortable by telling me what to expect and a long term plan. To my surprise I was sent home with a high tech toothbrush as part of the plan.

Aspen Dental got me in really quick, very nice folks, professional and friendly. They were real thorough going over my teeth and my different options of what I could have done.
