Dr. Loper is one of the most kindest human beings I have ever met. He understood me and was compassionate about my anxiety disorder. He projected calmness and safety, as well as comfort. I can't imagine going to another dentist ever again. Aspen Dental is always willing to bend backwards to help you.

I've had very negative experiences at other Aspen offices in the past. That is not the case with this office. Everyone of the staff, especially the dentist is amazing to work with. They're patient, understanding and take time to listen to any concerns you have. I cannot recommend them enough.

From reception to finance, to dental assistants and Dr. Loper , This office is amazing! They addressed my concerns, gave suggestions while listening to my needs/ wants. They respected my decisions and treated me like a person not just a number! They took great care with my health issues that posed a risk to getting dental treatment And made sure my pain management was met. I completely recommend not only Dr Mark Loper, but this branch of Aspen Dental 100%

My wife who is 7 months pregnant made an appointment here to have a tooth pulled. When she showed up the dentist told his receptionist that he refused to see her. They gave her little help or direction to figure out what to do from there. The dentist never even bothered to talk to her too. I understand that some places won't see pregnant women, but the professionalism is at an all-time low here.

Excellent customer service from Sam! Greatest cleaning I ever had! Had a swell of a time there! 5 teeth pulled and 2 bone graphs and 1 screw! Can't wait to the 3 implants are in then I'm back to a healthy full set

I did the walk-in option with a terrible toothache. From the receptionist at the front desk to the x-ray tech to the hygienist and dentist and billing person, every one was kind, efficient and professional. Dr. Loper is very kind, gentle and empathetic. Follow up appt was another great experience. Will definitely go back and definitely recommend the Fairview Park location

I had my first appointment with Aspen today after trying to find someone to extract my tooth for over a month now, every single person was kind, compassionate, and understanding of the pain I was in. Thank you Aspen and your amazing staff

I have had an excellent experience with lead dentist and dental assistant and office staff at the Fairview Park location in Westlake Mall I got full dentures a few weeks ago and they have treated me professionally, explained everything perfectly and have been attentive when I have concerns and questions. I couldn't be happier with my care!

My insurance changed and needed immediate care while I searched for a family dentist. I gave 1 star because of the dentist. He was quick, thorough and kind. Aside from him, I would have given 0 stars. I keep getting emailed asking for a review, so that's why I'm here. Aspen is well known to be overpriced and extremely pushy, which I knew prior going into the visit. The "office manager" is rude and inconsiderate. No, I do not recommend to anyone. Listening to the phone calls coming in and going out, they seem to pray on the uninsured and elderly.

I had a severely cracked tooth. They gave me what I felt to be a thorough exam (not just including that particular tooth) before determining a well thought out treatment plan. They helped me understand the available financing options. All of the staff was polite and professional. Dr. Loper made 100% sure that I would be pain-free before proceeding with my extraction. It was a complicated one, but he communicated with me throughout the process. I will definitely be going back.

Stay away!! The office charged me upfront for every visit even though they take my insurance and said I would be reimbursed. My insurance says I am owed a refund of $800+! I tried discussing this with the office manager, Kim for over an hour with proof from my insurance. She would not reimburse me and said I had to talk to her Regional Manager, Anis. When I called Anis she was dismissive and refused to review my account until Tuesday. This is unacceptable!! The management here is horrible. Aspen Dental just wants to charge people as much money as they can and not do the right thing for their patients.

STAY AWAY!!! They make you pay upfront for in-network services, then bill your insurance and do NOT refund you what you are owed! Management is rude and useless.

The front office staff is fantastic. After breaking a front tooth they found a time to fit me in on a busy weekend. The cost was reasonable, thankfully, since I do not have dental insurance.

Already an established patient as I had 5 appointments last fall for a checkup, cleaning, deep clean (don't do it as it's the most awful thing in the world. Worse than a root canal) post root canal cap. I chipped a tooth on Thursday and called to see about getting it fixed that day. They said they were booked and the earliest would-be Monday, so I made an appointment for that Monday at 4:00pm. When I went in they said they could only do the evaluation and x-ray and I would have to come back another day to get it fixed. That's why I called in on Thursday! I used to go to a private practice and it was much better than these big corporate practices, but the insurance pays for this place.

Staff very pleasant and professional. Explained everything from billing to X-rays clearly. Answered all questions, listened to my concerns. I will be returning to Aspen Dental. My husband was very pleased with work he had done at Aspen, so I thought I would try. Now, I am encouraging my daughter to visit Aspen.

Always on time never have to wait long at all. Friendly staff. Like the doctors. Got a filling today and while I was adequately numb i didn't have the awful ache and over numbness I have had at other offices. They also got me right in 1within a day when my old dentist would not after I had lost a filling and had a hole in my tooth! That is why I started coming here in the first place and will continue to come here. Thanks guys!
