I had a wisdom tooth growing in side ways and it end up going into the other tooth and killing me. I couldn't sleep because of the pain plus end up developing an infection. I couldn't eat because I couldn't chew right. I had went for the x-ray and 3 days prior to this but didn't have the money at the time to get it pulled and the pain was growing. I came in and asked for an emergency tooth extraction and the lady saved me. I would like to thank you so much and God bless you and the rest of the women there. When she was done she gave me a bag with some things to help with pain and bleeding. She also sent a prescription to cvs for my infection and pain. These women saved my life I feel like.

The fairlawn office all the employees were very friendly, and courteous, explained everything in detail. I would recommend them.

Everyone is super nice and the process of everything runs smoothly! Just got my wisdom teeth out and it was quick and everyone was extremely helpful and supportive!

Everyone was the super greatest! I was in for a tooth extraction was totally scared, but the dentist did an absolutely fantastic job and was very comforting. I highly recommend this place to go to for quality, professional dental care!!!!

Worst dental office I've been trying to in years. Scheduled appointments wrong twice, charged me different amounts, hygienist were extremely rude. Will never go back! DO NOT GO HERE.

Had been avoiding dentist for 5 years. Had a tooth that needed extracted and a dentist at a different practice totally gave me ptsd. I shared my concerns with everyone at aspen and they were so kind and so accommodating. I honestly thought I'd never get the tooth out. I can't believe I actually did it!! Nikita and dr Patel are the best. If you are anxious or scared of dentists come here. Thank you again.

I haven't been to a dentist in a long time. I have a Wisdom tooth that was extremely painful so I set an appointment with Aspen dental Fairlawn office. They got me in quickly I was happy about that. I told them that "my back tooth I think it's my wisdom tooth was the problem". They took me to get an X-ray they X-ray 3 of my teeth. Took me into a room with the dentist showing me the tooth needed to come out. I'm not a dentist I really did not know what I was looking at and it was not at all explained. So I decided to go ahead because I was in pain. He was behind so I waited quite a while for him to come in to do the numbing injection. Before this I've never had a tooth pulled and nothing was explained to me and he was in a big hurry trying to do 15 things at the same time. 30 minutes after he injected the numbing he came in to pull the tooth he said you'll feel pressure but I was feeling pressure on the wrong tooth. I stopped him immediately and told him that wasn't the tooth. He told me I must not have been paying attention to the 3 teeth they X-ray again I'm not a dentist and they did not X-ray my whole mouth. So they stopped and did the whole mouth X-ray. He said "ooh I see it it's your wisdom tooth" I said that's what I said originally and no one listened". They are all new people working there and no one new what they were doing. He did finally get the right tooth 3 hours later after he tore the whole roof of my mouth up with his pounding injections. Then he said okay your done you can leave with out talking to me about anything. 3 days later the roof of my mouth is ripped up and swollen. Worst experience ever I do not recommend this office the Dentist doesn't take time to explain and the girls working there are either new or short with you! This is the first X-ray he told me I wasn't paying attention to...

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. Every single person I dealt with was very upbeat, happy, professional and polite. They made sure I was comfortable with anything they did. They also made sure I understood everything. I would recommend this dentist to anyone! Awesome bunch of people!!

I've been going to Aspen Fairlawn for a little over half a year. I have had a pretty severe phobia of the dentist as long as I can remember, probably stemming from some objectively horrifying experiences I had as a kid. When I started going to Aspen I couldn't believe when the office manager Jessica would talk very casually about the process of getting dental work done- "oh, that'll be quick" "yeah you won't need any recovery time there" that did Not tally with my previous experience. But really, Dr Lakireddy is so efficient, so confident, so Good at her job, that is absolutely how it goes. I'm almost not afraid of the dentist anymore, and I recommend Aspen.

I was visiting the dentist for the first time in many years. It was a difficult visit, but that wasn't their fault. I was treated professionally and compassionately. My options were clearly explained.

Never been to the dentist before visiting Aspen Dental, but they've all made it a great experience! The fear of high costs and crazy bills is taken care of with ease! Great staff

Katelyn totally sold me on the Oral-B Genius Power Toothbrush and showed me how to use the QR code on my I-Phone 11. I highly recommend Katelyn for a promotion and more money in her paycheck ... immediately!!!
