I don't plan on coming ever again! I never been to aspen before. I just needed 2 teeth to be filled. Schedule an appointment on Monday 10:15 got there 9:40 didn't get called til 11. 3 people came in after me got called before. Than when they finally called did an exam the lady said exactly "you have gum disease & you need to get them done before they fall out ". I told her they don't hurt she goes "well gum disease doesn't have symptoms it's like cancer" So she said the doctor will come talk to u about scheduling & pricing. Waited another 15 mins I asked u know how much longer he will tske cause I have been here for almost 3 hrs. She goes he doing surgery the surgery toke bit longer. I told her can I just call back cause I legit schedule and appointment to avoid waiting I have legit been here for 3 years. I'm going somewhere else cause you all don't care about new patience

Canceled my appointment without notifying me. When I did arrive for the appointment it was over an hour wait past the appointment time.

Very helpful. Some of the work I had been pleading with my regular dentist of many years, to look at is finally in the plan. The eventual cost is more than I expected. But I am so glad it will finally get done.

Scheduled an appointment almost a month ago for a tooth that was cracked in half. Went to my appointment ( an hr away) only for them to tell me they tried to get ahold of me to let me know they were closing early. I had mo e-mail, text or voice mail telling me this!! They did say they could get me in the next day but wasn't going down that road again. Next time maybe leave someone a voicemail!!

I had two bad teeth they chose to clean my teeth instead of dealing with the problem, it took four weeks to get them to pull the two bad ones. I willnot return to this place at all.

Spent a lot of time after dentist was in waiting to get checked out, but friendly staff and pleased with service this far

EXCELLENT service with EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL STAFF! Had a crown prep procedure done and absolutely felt NO PAIN!! Wouldn't go anywhere else ever!!

My insurance uses these and others but this one is the only one avail to do a partial, plus pull a couple of teeth. I do wish that they would have pulled the teeth first as my whole jaw is in pain, but I understand being shorthanded. The girls who cleaned and did xrays are very nice, so far they all have done a good job.

Dr Biggerstaff and her team are amazing. Dr Biggerstaff has great bedside manner that puts you at ease. I have terrible dentist anxiety and she made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. The staff was very informative explaing every step what they were doing. We worked out a treatment plan and I'm excited to get my smile back. Thank you

I had a wonderful first visit today. The girls were great and explained what they were going to do and gave me options on what to do with my bad teeth. So glad I overcame my fear and made the appointment.

Appointment was scheduled 1 week in advance for 9:30 am to start rebuilding a broken front tooth crown. Arrived at 9:25 am. Told "we're short one assistant today so we're running a bit late." Seated in the treatment chair at 10:30 am. Told a few minutes later, "we haven't forgotten about you. " Left alone until 11. Told I had to have teeth cleaned before any treatment could start. That couldn't be scheduled until 19 days from now. If you can find any dental practice in Evansville that gives better timely service, go there.

I have been in for a few things lately. I have to tell you having just moved here from Las Vegas and getting great care there. Your current office staff, my doctor and surgeon are AMAZING. Every single member of your staff has been nothing short of helpful, kind and great at their job. I have to give a special thank you to my dental hygienist who came back before my procedure to check on me and offer support (she knew I was nervous about this wisdom tooth). Thank you all so very much. I look forward to being a patient for years to come.

They were able to take me quickly. My out of state insurance was no problem. Service was great and staff was very friendly.

My husband visited clinic east Evansville. He was treated very rudely by the assistangt that took his xrays. Then biledtalayak for $48copay.k k w When I went, I was quoted $16k w/out ins. But not charges for exam,xrays. I called to negotiate price, never got a call from manager after attempting to reach her several times!! Disappointed
