They lied to me, and way over charged. When I called they would not tKe my call. They smirked when I complained and said you should have read contract. Never go to them worse dentist nothing but scammers

I had a good experience. Staff was helpful and friendly. They treated me well and explained everything they needed to do, made future appointments to get work done. I would recommend the Westside Aspen Dental to anyone.

Prompt accurate Communication. Professional staff and Doctors. Reasonable fees. Friendly interpersonal communication. I had a tooth extraction the procedure was nearly painless, rated less than a 1 on the 0 to10 Pain Scale, Zero is no pain , 10 is extreme pain. The Doctor used Novacaine only. His techniques are amazing. I highly recommend this establishment with out reservation to anybody.

The staff is friendly, but after several adjustments and one remake, they still couldn't make a denture that fit right. Instead of paying them almost $2,000 for poor fitting dentures, I went to affordable dentures and got a much cheaper set of dentures that were almost perfect from the start and only needed one minor adjustment. Perhaps they just need someone new to make their dentures...

Terrible and incompetent. I had a wisdom tooth removed and the dentist perforated my sinus... which is going to cost me thousands and requires a bone graft and oral surgery to repair. The crown he placed was defective from the start and I was in agony. I developed 2 abscesses, which had to be drained. The crown he made had to be removed, a root canal had to be performed and a new crown created by another dentist costing me nearly $3,000.

Super friendly, empathetic, staff. Every single person I spoke to was extremely kind and helpful. I can be self conscious about my teeth and even though I'm a new patient, I feel like I'll soon be a lot more comfortable smiling.

I went there for them to look at a tooth that had broken off. The girl at the front desk looked unprofessional in appearance and the dentist was scruffy looking and unprofessional. I also noticed while I was sitting in the seat waiting for the dentist that there were cobwebs all over the room when I looked up. It was dirty. They told me that my tooth needed to be pulled and told me how much it would be. I said no thanks and walked out. I will never go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone!

The people who work here are very nice, they talk through your issues in a way that is easy to understand then let you pick what is a priority and what works with your insurance. Past places I haven't even been able to understand the dentist and talking through options, was like pulling teeth.

Great staff, felt very comfortable as a new customer. Everyone was so efficient and friendly. I do hate going to the dentist, but my visit was a great experience and everyone I interacted with was professional and caring.

Very calming, kind, patient staff. I actually relaxed during my cleaning and the lady tech was very gentle. The dentist at Westside Evansville was knowledgeable and saved my bad molar. Extensive X-rays for my age and I felt like they really care. I did have to finance a little because they don't take my insurance and many dentists locally aren't taking new patients. My payment is only for a few months and well under a hundred dollars. They also have sunglasses for the lights and it helps a lot. I'm super happy with them and highly recommend.

Not a good dentist office you on with pain tells them what is wrong and they give you an appointment for 2 months away that's a waste of time

THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER. STARTING WITH THE FRONT DESK CHECK-IN ALL THE WAY TO THE DENTIST HIMSELF, THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A DENTIST OFFICE. FRONT DESK CHECK-IN IS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. THE ONLY PROFESSIONAL PERSON IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE OFFICE WAS I BELIEVE A YOUNG GIRL NAMED JESS. SHE TAKES THE X-RAYS AND GETS YOU SET UP FOR THE DENTAL HYGIENIST. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO ASPEN DENTAL IF YOU PAID ME A MILLION DOLLARS. WEST SIDE ASPEN DENTAL SUCKSSSSSSS!!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS IF GOOGLE WOULD HAVE LET ME

I went to Aspen because my dentures broke, and unlike their competitor, where I got my dentures, Aspen got me in within a hour instead of 3 weeks waiting without any teeth! Not only did Aspen repair my dentures, they took me as a walk in consult for a new set of dentures and made my impressions all within a hour! ALL of their employees were personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable and attentive! I will for sure be going to Aspen from now on for all of my dental needs!
