I went Aspen in Evans. They are under staffed and experience high turnover so your dental hygienist will change from year to year. My last scheduled appointment was canceled and rescheduled 3 months out. I suffer from periodontal disease and I was going on a year overdue for my deep cleaning. The dental huge test refused to clean my teeth because the conditioned had worsened due to delayed treatment on the part of the clinic. I paid $294.00 to be refused dental care. I respectfully took a referral to a periodontist and I was informed that the clinic would refund my money in 7-10 business days. It has been 15 business days and I have not received any reimbursement. I have called multiple time to the office and left messages and no one has called me back. I call the patient care and requested that management be contacted to call me back to resolve the matter. I still have not heard from the Aspen management in Evans, GA. I'm still out $294.00 to date.

The whole staff really goes above and beyond to help you get the services you really need, even to the point of finding providers that will accept insurance they don't when it comes to procedures that are more expensive with Aspen.

The staff was very nice and pleasant. They explained everything upfront and no hidden charges or surprises at check out. They give you a choice of the procedures they can do to give you something to think about. I told them that my teeth were very sensitive and they immediately starting giving me alternatives. They also give you "truth" in other words, if it's gon hurt, they tell you, it's gon hurt. Then as I left the building, Cherietta, Rita, was so wonderful to speak with. She assisted with the best plans and cost to get you where you need to be. Glad to be a client here.

BY FAR WORST place I've ever been. I drove 2hrs away to get there, I got lost on the way and showed up 20 mins late, and they would not accept me or even hear my reasoning, I also called the phone number (with no answer) left a VM that I would be 15 to 20 mins late, still got no response so I thought I would be fine since I just drove 2hrs. I would not recommend. They DO NOT care about people in that place!

Excellent Experience. Very nice people. My tooth was fixed in 30 minutes. It didn't even hurt like I thought it would.

Had a tooth extracted. They did a great job explaining and performing the extraction. Worked me into an appointment very quickly. Dentist did a great job.

I give them a ""10"" STAR Rating. The entire Staff were Most Hospitable and the Service was Great!!! My hat is off to them and I'll recommend Aspen Dental to anyone & everyone that needs dental work done. Monty S. Pittman

Visit I came surprise me that my info was already in their computer system and I was a customer then I was welcome in kindly then afterwards it was rude they boost prices on services you not requiring I had being pain from wisdom teeth they gave me nothing from the same I came in the door was same way came out with a big health bill of service I didn't even request. I call and call and proved more infor and insurance and was going to bring my family but not now my experience was horrible. Hold holds and wait on lines.

I was a walk in and the staff at the front desk were so nice. They accommodated me quite efficiently, I was able to be seen due to a no show. The dentist himself was very friendly and thorough. not to mention the great service I got at check out and they payment options were an even better surprise! (Considering a lot of places want upfront payment) I will definitely keep returning to them

Very respectful, and polite. Took there time to explain what they were going to to do to me and made sure I was comfortable while I waiting . I also like to add they played my type of music on a speaker while they did the procedure. to relax . now who does that

From The receptionist to the dentist, I had the best experience and care!! I am feeling confident of a wonderful outcome! They are professional. The expert at the desk found a cancelation and worked me in for my emergency. I appreciate that!!
