It's the last impressions that will make your customers come back or not. For me, I won't come back! I will assume aspen dental is just like every other chain retailer. They have goals to meet and that was obviously the impression I was left with when Victor asked me to spend $22,000. His sales tactic was tacky and over whelming. It's not like he was giving me a dental plan over time lol he legit wanted me to finance $22,000 at this dental office today all at once! I have to give it to tried and he wasn't going to give up. Saying it would be a soft hit on my credit lol umm pretty sure all credit checks are considered a hard inquiry when you're asking to barrow such a large amount! So that was a little insulting. I understand I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done but it's also-just wasn't even realistic to spend that amount. I can legit get new teeth with a new body for that price. I tried to be upfront that I just wanted to fix the cavities that are showing and make a plan to fix the rest later but he wasn't going to let that happen. Maybe corporate is putting so much pressure on these people to sell and or maybe he gets credit for getting people to finance. Idk just left me feeling like I waisted my time. Everything else was ok. Friendly staff, friendly dentist.

Spent over a year with Aspen trying to get an upper denture. 3 Dentists and many techs later I can only tell you to go somewhere else. They don't care about you. Still haven't got a denture that fits.

I have been seen by this provide for over a year. They now have new staff that do not seem to have any customer service. I was scheduled for an appointment that I received confirmation for, and after 30 mins of me waiting after arriving, I was told the appointment didn't exist in the system. I was confused, and I let them know I had called to confirm my appointment and even received text messages confirming my time and day. They said they would need to reschedule, to which I could not agree to given that I was already there and had taken off from work to be there. I am also pregnant so this was my last chance to fit my cleaning for the year. They said they could try to fit me in for an appointment 1.5 hrs later. I agreed to wait but then they asked me for a doctor referral which I was never told about when I called to update them on my pregnancy. Over the phone, I was told that I was just due for a cleaning and no X-rays were required. Now the receptionist was telling me I needed a referral due to my expecting status. Needless to say, this was a very unpleasant experience and they treated me as if it was my fault I was there for an appointment that didn't exist.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but my experience here was absolutely horrible. I got my wisdom teeth out on a Friday, and they close at noon on Fridays.The bed side behavior from the front desk staff & the surgeon was not gentle, very rushed and stressful. I was fully knocked out with anesthesia, and all of the front desk people left before giving my fiance the "after surgery" instructions or my medication information for after surgery. We had to wait all weekend to get the go ahead for the medicine while I was in pain from surgery. They had scheduled me to come in a week after my wisdom teeth surgery to get two fillings so I had to push that back since I was still very sore and swollen. I had paid in full for the fillings and wisdom teeth previously. I got rescheduled for my fillings, and got them done-- when I got home that night my filling chipped and I couldn't bite down all the way. I had to go back the next day to get it fixed. After all that mess, I get a $500 bill in the mail for the fillings I had already paid for (and had to get done twice since it wasn't correct the first time). I call and try to understand the charge since I had previously paid for them already, and I get no explanation except an excuse that it was a miscommunication on their part but they would not budge on the price even though it was their fault and they had the ability to write it off. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will not be coming back.

Writing this review from the chair, about to leave. Been sitting here for 35 min and no one's done anything. I get they have to help multiple patients at once but geez at least numb me while I'm waiting. There's been some change in management recently and things have changed for the worse. I used to be able to book an appointment and have a cleaning but this time I booked an appointment and it was just a consult and I had to come back for the cleaning I left and asked for a refund and he said "ok sure it will be processed in a few days". I then asked for a receipt and he said he couldn't but then asked for my name and finally printed out the receipt. Why would he only ask for my name after I asked for the receipt? Wouldnt he need my name to actually do the refund??

To start this off I Am Deathly AFFRAID of the dentist. I had a tooth that was extremely painful broke, chipped, plus me grinding/ clunching while sleeping didnt help but push it to its limits. Waiting for a root canal was not an option a week or so. Nope!! The WHOLE Staff was absolutely amazing. They were gentle with my x-rays, just down right a dream team. The Doctor explained what we were doing took her TIME, Repeat Took her Time to make ME FEEL AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE... I had multiple people holding my hand calming me down. Let me cry and have my panic attacks, and even helped calm me down. Even went As far to stay past closing to make sure I was good.. Help me to my car with the help of my husband. I would do anything to avoid going untill i had no other option . This team @ Aspen Dental in Euless are comforting. Supportive, caring, work Great as Team. Thank you for everything... aFTER ,This was the worst experience in Life, I always feel like the office manager is attempting to squeeze more money out of me, I recently had oral surgery, the same day I got in a car accident, subsequently my bottom denture was never returned, after missing my post op visit, and injuries from my Accident, I went back 30 days later to get fitted for a new bottom denture, after the fitting I was called in by the office manager. He stated my warranty didn't cover lost dentures and I had to pay an additional $375.00 my reply was I spent $16,000.00 a month ago, and I was in a near fatal accident, plus I'm getting permanent dentures, why should I pay $375.00 for an accident, with Zero compassion, he gave me a bunch of warranty mumbo jumbo, and stated he reduced the price, then I said I can't afford the pay, his response. How much can you pay today? Which let me know if he had the discretion to lower it and bill me. He had the discretion not to charge me, I have not enjoyed my experience there at all, also I'm contacting the corporate office regarding this matter

Dr. Maison and her staff were very professional. From reception to check-out everyone was courteous, clear and fast. The clinic itself appeared to be in great condition as well. I will recommend this site in the future. Keep up the great job guys!

I am so Grateful to Dr. Sambaraju and her wonderful Staff. I was able to get a Saturday appointment. I was very pleased that they were all masked for Covid -19 guidelines. I received a free exam with Xrays, I went in for a Cleaning but they found 2 cavities and Dr Sambaraju found time to repair in the same visit. I am truly grateful to Aspen Dental.

Highly recommend! Very professional and friendly service. Very clean and spacious offices. I was able to book an appointment and filed out the new patient forms online before my appointment. This is awesome because I don't need to do any paperwork when I get there. The technician who took my x-ray and Scott were very profesional, quick, and they made sure that I feel comfortable. Doctor Sambaraju was so kind and very detail- oriented. There is FREE exam and x-ray promotion for new patient without insurance at the moment. Check it out! I had to get an emergency tooth extraction and they got me in, did all my paperwork, got me comfortable and out all in under 2 hours. The front desk (forgive me i am terrible with names) but everyone especially the kind guy at the front desk were just so sweet, kind, and professional! Even though my tooth was an emergency and they had literally just met me the doctor was so kind to all my needs. Definitely will be going back!

The receptionist got me an appointment the same day l called. The paperwork was easy and yet informative. The environment is very clean and comfortable and l was very im- pressed with the plan for my dental need and the price l was quoted.

This was the best dental experience I've ever had. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They were also very thorough with each procedure. This is the first hygienist ever to show me the xrays before and after the deep cleaning. They all did a great job!
